I came into this store location to get three sub sandwiches footlongs mind you.. there was a lady that was working there she is a full figure Hispanic or Native American Woman Beyond rude she didn't ask how can I help you she said what did you need when I proceeded to tell her that if I can get three footlongs she told me that I could not get three footlongs because I was using a coupon which made no sense to me I then asked her I would like to have fresh bread I said can I please get the bread that you just took out of the oven she said no you're using a coupon I said find it I'll pay full price she said you know what you could take your service elsewhere and then the manager a gentleman Kmart and started raising his voice to me telling me that I could take my business elsewhere I wasn't the one being rude ! I told the manager the mail I have every right to ask for fresh bread if I'm paying for something full price then I want fresh bread the bread that they had literally just taken out of the oven I didn't want to bite into bread that they had taken out at 10:00 in the morning as it would fall apart in crumbs if I'm a paying customer I should get at least satisfaction customer service !

My husband and I had decided to have subway for dinner! Unfortunately our experience wasn't what we hoped for... The lady was very rude and we asked for extra olives... She said she could only put a couple more on there... Worst experience I've had at this location... They should hire people who like doing their job... To add to my review... A pinch of everything we've asked for on our subs... Barely any meat... And we couldn't even see if she was putting anything on... She had the cover up while making our subs.. It's like she was blocking our view on how she was making our subs... We won't be returning to this subway that's for sure! ? I paid 30 dollars for a meal that looks like a 5 year old made. They need better employees at this location that have a great attitude to serve people who are hungry and are looking for a great experience when getting food...

If you want to lose weight, this is the place for you! Everything you get added to your meal down the line is a pinch of it. My salad had a couple pinches of lettuce, after me asking for more. The lady and guy working the line are extremely rude. The young girl at checkout was pleasant. Looking at reviews, it makes sense. Too bad whoever owns this one doesn't make some changes

My sister, fiancé and I came in at around 5:30pm just for a quick bite. And before we even got in the line, the lady first making our sandwiches (the meats and cheese) was so rude. Just a whole lot of attitude and cussing. She even got my sisters sandwich wrong, giving her a 6inch instead of a foot long then arguing with my sister telling her she is wrong and she ordered a 6inch. My fiancé didn't even get a sandwich because he didn't want to deal with how rude the lady was being. When we got up to pay the other worker was nice but she seemed to be making excuses for the rude worker. She said they were "just trying to get out of here" and I'm like ?? It is 5:30 and you guys close at 9. (Wasn't a holiday btw). When I got home to eat the sandwich it barely had any meat on it. Not sure what the deal was but it was ridiculous and unprofessional.

Totally fine with hiring fresh out of prison help.We are all trying to make it out here. I get it. But the lack of customer service and absent of all manners and diplomacy shouldn't carry over from one's personal life. Food is great. Overcharged and refused to make it right.Veggie sandwiches should come with avocado and they do at every other Subway. not at this one apparently.Extra rude staff.

Definitely never going to that location again.I'm not sure I've ever had any employee of any business be that gratingly rude and unprofessional.It's like they just got out of prison and were angry at the world. insanely aggressive behavior and verbiage. Nobody cares about the tattoos on their necks. What we care about is being treated courteously, high quality products and getting a good value. If that was my store I would close it for the rest of the day to make sure those two didn't interact with the public again, obviously replace them immediately and hope that the long-term damage they've done to my business wasn't too bad.Literally anyone would do a better job.

Subway, Sheridan, CO - Riverpoint Shopping Center - I ordered a ham salad bowl online. When I went to pick up the salad - no ham or cheese were included. I showed the gentleman and he said - it was chopped up with the rest of the ingredients. I took the top off and showed him the salad and said there wasn't any ham or cheese. He proceeded to throw a hissy fit which included throwing things. He cut up some ham and then demanded to know if he had to make the salad over again or if he could just put ham on it. I said just put ham on it. He then put a portion of the ham he cut up on the salad and threw the rest away. 7/25/23 1:20 pm (no store id on the receipt) order # 9DEDDA5A-4AThen he walked away. Really NOT impressed. Won't be back.

Ordered 9 sandwiches from them for the office. Ordered online. Picked up the sandwiches and came back to the office. Six of the nine were wrong. Called in and spoke to the manager, Tom. Tom told me "I do not have time for this s**t and hung up on me". WOW!!

Plenty of parking upon arrival. We were excited to see that Subway reopened, near the Target we enjoy shopping at.Sadly we were rudely greeted by a gal covered with tattoos. She had a Lion on her neck. And a manager named Tom to her side. I contemplated leaving after hearing her greeting, it was that bad. These two seemed very unhappy to be working their shift together.After having the lackluster interaction with the staff on duty, the food tasted disappointing. Tom struggled to ring up the order. They looked unprofessional with their attire. We most likely will not be going back for another visit. Bad experience!
