We went last night on a cold and windy Friday, the place was packed and we jumped on the waitlist a head of time. We checked in and when we were alerted that our table was ready it was tough to get through the crowd. Hayley saw me struggling and instantly jumped into help, she made sure we were taken care of and had such a great attitude the whole time, our server was great too, unfortunately can’t remember her name. Keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic experience here. Great service and management. I highly recommend the 8oz sirloin, it was seasoned well and tasted great. A great spot for a steak and dinner rolls!

Food was great. Just happened to get a server that didn't seem to care. Laughed and walked away when we pointed out a very large spider on the booth near my handicapped partner's head and didn't replace a dirty appetizer plate after being asked. Other servers were good at maintaining Roadhouse standards and helped where they could.

Manager Sandra and server Dallas were wonderful. Took 3 times the charm to get a medium well steak and she took care of us and handled it. I appreciate her efforts to make it right. Dallas was super attentive and great attitude, he was on it! We frequent here almost once a week and it's nice to see that if there's an issue, the owner and managers care to make it right.

It was too busy at 4pm to stay for dinner. So we went to Steak and Shake instead
Texas roadhouse’s are usually kind of noisy. Other than that, it’s a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious did not receive the potato the way we had requested it but the waitress the manager were quick to trade it out. The green chili chicken is my favorite and it was exceptionally good at this Texas roadhouse location.

Really disappointed in this establishment. They dont support our troops!!! My husband and I brought our boys to eat while my son was visiting for the holidays. My oldest is 21 and in the Army. He's been overseas and hasn't been in Colorado to update his drivers license that expired when he turned 21. He does have his military ID however and wanted to order an alcoholic beverage with his dinner for NYE. The server saw his Colorado ID before seeing his military ID and took his order. The manager came over asking if he was a Colorado resident and suggested he try and update his DL through MyColorado app. (He already tried) and was told if he didnt have a Colorado ID he wouldn't be able to serve him a drink. My son has used his military ID everywhere else and hasn't had any issues elsewhere. When the server came back to take our order he proceeded to tell us he would have accepted his military ID if it wasn't for his manager. Well gee, I wonder who told the manager? I didnt appreciate him trying to throw his manager under the bus bc he didnt have the guts to turn my son down or the fact they wouldn't accept military issued ID! Side note; his step sister works for Texas roadhouse and says people use military IDs all the time!
We had Dustan as our server tonight and he was freaking incredible! Made suggestions when asked, answered every question was super attentive. Made our date night the absolute best! His recommendations were spot on and we will definitely be back! WOW! Thanks Dustan!!!
Food was tasty, drinks were great, service was the best...way better customer service than Longhorn and the food was great for what we ordered. Our Server was very professional, attentive, and friendly.

My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and went to our favorite location. My wife had suffered a bad accident and couldn't walk without difficulty and asked if we could sit where she could get in and out without hurting herself. The hostess tried to seat us in a corner of the restaurant surrounded by tables and people that looked impossible for her to get in never mind out. We had driven quite aways so asked again if they could possibly have some consideration and seat her in dozens of booths that were empty with the exception of a couple of these booths occupied. The hostess met with the seating organizer up at the front desk and she said the bar area is the only other option to serve us which was more crowded than the first option. We then reluctantly left and made the long drive back home. We have never been treated like this in previous visits and were surprised even at our age, that there wasn't even a small amount of consideration for my wife having this medical problem apparent with walking devises just wanting access to seating. What do you think?

We like to meet up with a friend at this restaurant for lunch. Its an great way to get a reasonably priced meal and not feel rushed. The service was good but took longer than expected to get the food. For some reason a larger party of 8 or so celebrating a birthday who were seated after us were served before us. Regardless, my 5oz Sirloin steak was good as was my wife's pulled pork meal.
