Rose made the experience absolutely unforgettable! Appitizers were prompt and appealing, Steak was cooked to order and very delicious, drinks were made properly and arrived quickly, staff was accommodating and pleasant. Keep up the good work, all!

This has always been my go to for a good steak, however the last two times have left me never wanting to come back and I won't. The location needs a front end manager that knows what he is doing. I was quoted 15 minutes, waited a 45 minutes to be called to be seated where I stood another ten minutes watching people come in after to only be seated before us , only a party of 3. This has happened twice now to which pretty much be told we are about seat you. Front end service is horrible and needs a real manager to step up and run the kids up front and teach them how.

Went to have dinner with my girl , we ordered some steaks. We both asked for medium rare. They brought them to the table and they were raw. Like barely seared. So they took them back , I was thinking they would just make a new one but no sir. They brought the same one back out and both of them looked like charcoal briquettes. Then they have the nerve to tell me they will take one steak off of my bill. Neither one was edible. I drive over to the steak and shake place and had a burger. I won’t be going back to the Texas Roadhouse ever again.

Absolutely outrageous! How are you guys gonna say“ 20-25” minutes of wait time that was actually an hour then tell us the table is getting cleaned and having to wait another 30 minutes? I wonder how much longer we would’ve had to wait if it wasn’t for us leaving!

Love the food and atmosphere. However, the music is always too loud. Can never have a conversation with the person you're having lunch with?

Then we were seated at a table with an obvious spill on the floor under it. The sever forgot 3 of the things I ordered, and never checked back to see if we were happy with our food. We won't be going back. This was supposed to be a special treat and did not end up that way.
