The burgers at chef daddy’s are amazing! Local bison beef on the mushroom Swiss with a side of garlic fries 🤌 The owner also owns Melody’s Trattoria where you can get wood fired pizza out of a Forno Bravo oven. Best pizza in Silverthorne. You can also get a beer from Upslope or a coffee/ice cream from Nomad. Either way you can’t go wrong!
Had the Mushroom Swiss burger from Chef Daddy’s - was one of the best burgers we ever had! Bluebird market has variety of food choices and great atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Highly recommend going!
This place has a lot of food. I went straight to the Burger joint - Chef Daddy's Grill and I'm so glad I did!!! I had legit one of the best bison burgers I've had in a long time. The owner was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy with his job - that's when you know you're going to get good food! I highly recommend Chef Daddy's grill, especially if you like bison!
