Jersey Mike's Subs

Honestly the worst Jersey mike's experience I've ever had.

2 subs via the app and not a single thing was right. Cheese was added to a blt, no mayo... not sure how you mess up a blt.

Then we have the #13 (pictured) that was falling out of the wrapper.

Mind you I watched them attempt to make the blt for 20 minutes as I waited in the lobby. The bacon made to the bread... sat for 15 minutes before the staff went back and attempted to finish the sub.

Under staffed, under trained...

live in the area and have frequented this location a dozen times since opening

this location has messed up toppings on my sandwich (how I am unsure) at least half of all of my orders, online and person - hate to be critical but absolutely below average Jersey Mikes

They have messed up my sandwich order 3 times there is no consistency on the cheese steak it’s made different every time when I called to talk to a manager I was told they was to busy to talk Do better

Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, decent sized. The first time we ordered, the sandwiches were great. The next time we went, the sandwiches were rather soggy, but next time I'll just ask for the dressing on the side.

Despite them being busy, they were professional and fast. We made an error with the order pick up time over the mobile app, called them, and they said no problemo and accommodated the change in pick up time. When we arrived, it looked like they had 7 or 8 well-trained employees working quickly and efficiently. Great customer service despite being slammed. We'll be back again soon!

Food was good and sevice was quick. Got a #7, #16, and #17. Unfortunately, my #16 had 4 pieces of chicken bone throughout it.

Went on opening day and it was a great turnout. They had tons of employees and everyone was friendly. Even though the lines were long, the wait time really wasn’t bad, which was a nice surprise. The chicken bacon ranch sub definitely hit the spot. I’ll be stopping by again in the future to see how this place does.
