We are full time in Silverthorne and have tried Kucu more than once. Food is average at best and prices are typical for a Summit restaurant.$16 for 2 street tacos is not a value. If the food was 5 stars I wouldn’t mind spending the money.

Restaurant was crowded and kitchen had issues keeping up. Waited a long time for entrees and table next to us (who ordered after us) was served before we were. Frustrating! Food was good once it finally arrived.

Kucu is one of our favorite restaurants in Summit County. We go there often and take guests with us often, too. Last evening was especially fun as Kucu was celebrating it's 2 year anniversary. The vibe was celebratory and energetic. We had a wonderful meal and a delightful evening. Thank you!

Nice restaurant, good service, food was ok. Everything we had tasted sweet like sugar was put on the rib-eye, the short ribs, and potatoes. We really couldn't figure it out as to why they would make things taste sweet. The short ribs were good overall. The rib-eye was below par.

Been here a handful of times and each time our dining experience has been different...the menu doesn't change, but the food does. Inconsistent food is not my jam. Service tonight was lazy and sad; the place was not busy. Elote dip, which is typically a favorite was a weak can of heated corn with minimal cheese and chip crumbs...I had to ask for some chips in tact to scoop the app. Entres saved the night. Bison tacos, shrimp and steak fajitas and the "chefs" special of blackened seared mahi saved the evening. Wear layers, the place was chilly tonight (02/07/2024) and not very inviting.
A lovely little restaurant with great atmosphere. The bar and wood accents are gorgeous. We had breakfast and it was unique and delicious- Talia, our server, was wonderful. Quick service and great food!

The staff here is very sweet. We had this one guy from Argentina serve us. Very well trained guy.A lot of the staff is foreign and here just to work which is really cool. They do a very good job!Food is also great. You can’t go wrong with the burger or the tacos. If you want soup or salad they are a bit steep in price but you can get both in some sort of combo for less so I recommend you do that ( smaller portions of each but still very much shareable for 2).

Our waiter was very accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent; fresh, good presentation and high quality. Margaritas are very god as well, specialty margs are pretty pricey, but good house marg for better price and great happy hour deals.

Out for Daye night, dinner and local theater. Atmosphere is relaxed and well decorated. We enjoyed delicious tacos and cocktails.
