Was never texted when my food was ready so it just sat there. When I did get it the order was wrong (not a big deal, as it was only no pickles) but that seems pretty easy to get right sooo... also the sauce and breading just isnt good. The actual chicken inside is delicious but they drench it in untasteful things. The spicy sandwhichs are not even remotely spicy. Like a 0.3 out of 10 spicy. Very disappointed I spent $11 on the sandwhich alone. Will not be back. Try the many other food places within the court.

Friday afternoon 3 o’clock, I walk up and I’m the only customer. Two people working in there, A young woman and a guy who seemed to be the manager or shift lead. I just ordered A large waffle fry to go, No sauce. OK, she says, Five minutes no, what sauce do you want? I don’t want any sauce I repeat. OK, Give us five minutes. Five minutes go by and a group of four walk up and order full meals to go. 10 minutes go by and then the food for four comes up and they leave. I walk up and ask about my waffle fries mentioning that I was there before the four people. Looks of confusion and bewilderment. I don’t even think they put the waffle fries into the oil. Somehow, they completely forgot it. Miffed, I simply ask for my money back. No response. The guy dumps a load of fries into the fryer, And my average waffle fries come up 20 minutes after I walked in. No apology, Nothing. We vote with our money and they won’t get my vote again.

Sorry, but if your chicken sandwich is 3× the price of Popeye's, I'm gonna expect it to be 3× as good. And I'm gonna be really disappointed when it's worse: bland, not even crispy, falling apart if I even look at it. Also, $1 for PICKLES? They had better be at least memorable, not whatever ho-hum bread and butter nothing that was. At least the waffle fries were good... Were they $5 good? Up for debate. The experience and the food just did not in any way justify the $25 price tag for a single meal. Outrageous.

Photos are deceiving. The food looks good but my chicken “sandwich” was really three tenders on a bun with cold cheese. The breading was tough and borderline inedible. Waffle fries were fine.

This place is gross. The chicken sandwich was just 3 overcooked chicken tenders on a soggy hamburger bun. If I wanted tenders, I would have ordered them. Coleslaw was just wet chopped lettuce, no flavor. Absolutely absurd to order from a machine, pay another 2.5% Pif and then ask for a tip? Wow. Anyone with self respect should just go to Bird Craft in Frisco.

Been going Lucky Bird since I’ve moved here to Summit County 3 years. Has been and will always be my go to. Alex and Freddie always bring a smile to my face and make the best chicken in the county. Lucky Bird salad and Buffalo Blue tenders are a must. If you are in Summit CHECK THESE GUYS OUT!!!!

Ordered an Asian chic wrap and it was extremely wet with sauce and the wrap fell apart. The wrap also came as a burrito style and wasn’t cut like the pictures. When I went to pick up my order no one was working and there was a sign that someone would be back but waited 30 min and no one came back

Loaded waffle fries with chicken tenders was pretty decent (reasonable priced for the area), guy there was really chill good conversation and it was nice that they had the shutter open so it was cool in there compared to the rest of the market place
