It's Valentines Day-- one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants. As a local, I'm always amazed at how non- locals expect restaurants to cater to them rather than trying to immerse and enjoy what makes a restaurant popular. If you don't like cooking your steak then go to a steakhouse that charges much more.

Terrible. Food quality is poor. The salad bar looks like Ponderosa in the 80s. Interested in the sautéed veggies? They tell you to grab some stuff from the salad bar and cook it up. Environment is subpar. I recommend the board of health checks out this place. The lack of cleanliness is simply GROSS

“Aged” New York strip was one of the toughest steaks I’ve ever had. $39 for it and I have a hard time believing that was even a choice steak. 0% chance it was aged at all. I’m literally a butcher and trained chef, those were not aged strips. Bad cuts of meat. The community grill was filthy, and made everything you cook taste like propane. Ordered a twice baked potato, BURNT, the skin was rock hard, the insides were dry as a bone. We ordered asparagus, came out hard and under cooked. The only service you get is water refills and bussed plates. Hate leaving bad reviews, have been in the biz for years. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t get me started on the salad bar, you’ll have to see that for yourself.

Cheap, terrible quality steaks. Insanely poor service, gratuity was fully included even though you make the salad, season and cook the steak, and the one thing they had to do was bring sides and they came way late.
I’ve seen these types of steakhouses (cook your own) done right, but this was the equivalent experience of ordering a rare steak and having it come out well done - not good.

Very interesting place concept wise. You cook your own food which sounds fun in theory. In reality it was pure chaos. Lots of cross contamination everywhere. Kids cooking their own food next to you. People reaching over each other. A 500° grill in the middle of all that madness.
It was chaos at its best if you enjoy living dangerously. Definitely an experience but not a good one for me. For these prices who actually wants to cook their own food while dodging children at a blazing hot grill LOL.
TikTok absolutely lied to me on this one. One and done. I won’t be back.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, the service was attentive without and the food was outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful, and clearly high quality. Every bite was delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they do here. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just treating yourself to a great meal, this place is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

Our waiter Jay really made my birthday weekend!! He was very upbeat, easy going and even though he was super busy, he made time to have a small conversation with us. He made our very first experience one we will never forget. We loved it so much, we are coming back in a couple weeks for my husband's birthday weekend 😉

The food was good…average for a steakhouse. BUT be aware if you come in a party larger than 6. Our server (who doesn’t serve anything) said “the owner” doesn’t allow checks to be split. Which results into an automatic gratuity. Keep in mind, this is a restaurant where you get your own salad at a salad bar, you pick your own steak, and season and grill it yourself. Aside from sides, you pay a gratuity for someone to fill water. $51 for gratuity for us tonight! Insane.
