100% a winner! Owner is awesome! One little discrepancy and the owner went over the top to take care of us and make us feel special.

What an amazing experience. Avid foodie, was not expecting to walk into an open grill whole dining experience. The feel is a local steakhouse when you walk in with a nice bar wrapping around the entrance. Our server was excellent and gave us tips and pointers as well as detailed instructions as to how they operate. Salad bar was first and it was excellent. Their ranch dressing is great!

My wife and I chose the filet’s and chicken as a to go order for another family member. We had the choice of which cuts we wanted from a viewing window or if we didn’t like what we saw they would cut fresh. I must say their supplier brings top quality meats that are worth every penny. After choosing our cuts we were given recommended grilling tips. Their open grill allows you to cook your steak however you’d like. My suggestion is salt, pepper, Cajun, and heavy butter after your first flip. .

Food and experience was amazing. We are from Florida and the owner stopped by our table to see how everything went. He just so happened to own a home in Florida as well, great guy and you can clearly tell that’s why he is running a great restaurant! We need one back home but will certainly return next time we visit keystone!

This place is a cook your own meat place. Unfortunately, that’s not good for anyone like myself who doesn’t know how to properly cook or season my own meat. Service could have been better as well. Never received appetizer ordered nor utensils. Had to hunt down staff to get said items. Salad bar is subpar. Extremely messy and low stocked.

Me and my family were looking for a spot to stop by and eat but a lot of places were very full. So we decided to call this place just to check on wait time & the way the guy answered the phone was ridiculous’ “hold on” then begins to scream in the background then gets back on the phone, & says “yeah the mint,” & right before I was going to speak he says “yeah better talk fast” . Yeah never mind , no thanks. We don’t even want to go anymore. Sucks because the food looks good but with that service being provided made us not even want to go. Terrible customer service that guy really shouldn’t be answering the phone let alone be working there.
It was around 6:40pm today’s date.

Located between two more contemporary buildings, this is a steakhouse with a twist. You get to select your own protein (chicken, meat or shrimp) and a side.
The side gets brought to your table but the protein you get to cook yourself. There’s a sign on the wall that tells you how many minutes to cook something depending on how you want it.
Service was no frills, friendly, courteous. Our server was very knowledgeable. Tables felt a little on the small side but you make it work.
Walking in to the restaurant, it feels like you’re stepping back in time.
Oh! The price of a small but delicious salad bar is included.

Absolutely the best prime rib I've ever had! And being a history buff, I love the history of the restaurant itself.

We have been going to this place for years. Food is fresh and love the atmosphere and the original grill to cook your own food on. One of a kind.

We loved this place! The history, the staff, the ambiance, the food.... And of course the cooks! ;) We were recommended to come here and so glad we did. The experience is what it's all about. You walk in, greeted by great staff that explain the process. Eat your salad(all you can eat!), then pick your meat, and cook it yourself amongst other diners on the community grill. Choose your sides that are brought to you as you sit down with your cooked meat. The food was delish! We had a great anniversary dinner. :) We will be back!

Very slow and not sanitary at all!!! People touch all the bread ! Sneeze over the grill and the salad bar items tasted old and stale.

Cook your own steak restaurant, I’m glad that I’m a good cook. You can also get other items like wings or tenders. The wing are good and also the tender. This is probably the best spot in Dillon Co.
