I always make it a mission to stop in to Red Buffalo when I'm in town. I live in Missouri and dream about this coffee shop regularly.
The coffee is incredible (the nutty professor is a cozy fav of mine) and the shop offers plenty of wonderful food options, many being gluten free.
With all of the perks listed above, the biggest is the outdoor space in the back of the shop. Nestled on the Blue River, there is no better place to start the day.
I can't wait to come back!

Great coffee and a nice little shop here in Dillan. We were in town for a week and went here every day.
Their smoothies are amazing as well. We didn’t try their food, but coffee and smoothies are great.
This is a must for coffee snobs

They were absolutely great. The kids got delicious shakes, we got coffee and snacks with friends. It looks like a good place to work for an hour or two, too.

Shocked by all the reviews. Matcha latte is horrible. Not good quality. Brownish in color. Oat milk latte tasted burnt. Should’ve went to Starbucks.
Very cute place for a coffee

I’m a native of Silverthorne and have lived here for 22 years. Red buffalo is an amazing place that showed me a lot of love and had the best service i’ve experienced in a long time. the burrito was phenomenal, the smoothie was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys eating good food and drinking good coffee.

I am not sure what has changed under the new ownership, but whatever it is, the place got better. I used to try to avoid wanting coffee while in Silver, and now I seek out an opportunity to come here.

Just a heads up, when you see bonfire burritos listed on their menu don’t picture bonfire burritos in Golden. It might be the same company, but it is not the same burrito. This is a frozen burrito that they heat up in the microwave and then put on a toaster for $11. Here is what the “meat lovers burrito” looks like.

The coffee was fantastic, I say as an espresso/cappuccino snob. If you want a good cup of coffee, you can blindly head there.
I had the blueberry bagel with cream cheese, also fantastic.
More importantly, the baristas are amazing people. They are kind, nice and fun setting the vibe at the place to perfection.
Just the mountain town coffee experience I was shooting for!
