This is a disappointing Starbucks. Rude employees, bad service and filthy bathrooms. Too busy to care about customer service or to wipe down tables or floors and windows smeared with spills. I can appreciate a busy Starbucks, I can't get behind rude employees, asking twice for a cup of black coffee after waiting 10 minutes and a filthy environment. I wouldn't write this review if this was the first time I had this experience at this particular location.

The older lady is super nice but the 2 younger guys are super rude. i purchased a drink the last 3 days during my morning visit. today i sat down to edit some footage and within 20 minutes i was asked to leave for not purchasing something. i told them i fully intended on getting a coffee on my way out but i was going to the slopes so i wanted it to be warm when i got there….. there were 0 other customers while i was there the whole time.

I am a regular at Starbucks all over the US and the experience is typically the same, very positive. This one location is quite different. This is now the 4th time that I had a negative experience which prompted me to write a review. Twice the drive-thru has taken twenty minutes or more to go through and twice inside the service has been quite bad. The staff has no sense of urgency and unlike other locations, they do not seem to care at all. The food is served sloppily with buns sliding off the sandwiches, the beverages are not quite full or lacking attention to detail. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in and when I walked in this morning, with no one else around and no one in the drive thru, I literally stood there for over three minutes waiting for someone to pick their head up and walk over to the register to take my order. Again, I waited until my 4th bad experience to write this. I don't like to complain, but the staff here doesn't seem to care. Sincerely with best intentions.

Young kid working the drive thru window this morning at 10:40 was so great and friendly. I think he also made our drinks and they were so good. Didn’t catch his name sadly

It’s been clear for a long time that Starbucks no longer needs to make great coffee or serve a decent breakfast — they just rely on their long-standing brand. Unfortunately, the quality of both food and coffee has been gone for years. Everything feels mass-produced, overpriced, and far from the cozy coffee-shop spirit that originally made Starbucks famous.

Avoid if in a hurry. Terribly slow, and they prioritize drive thru instead of the order that the orders are placed, leaving people inside and mobile orders waiting much longer.
