Staff seem very rude. Was not acknowledged at the drive thru window on first visit, very slow service. On second visit even ruder staff.

So me and my friend went in to meet some other friends, and we decided to just grab waters while we waited. The extremely rude woman with a blonde ponytail rolled her eyes at us and told us water was for paying customers only. We explained we were waiting for friends and just grabbing waters for now and that we would be paying customers soon, but she seemed so fed up. And, it took her 15 mins to come ring us up! They were not understaffed, just pure human indecency. Also, the barista on bar mocked me, and my sandwich and drink took over 20 minutes to come out. I work at a coffee shop myself and this is NO way to be treating your paying customers. Idgaf if you are having a bad day, you are getting payed BY THE HOUR to treat your paying customers well. When we finally ordered our food and drinks though, there was a nice lady with a long braid to took our orders and was somewhat kind i guess.

My friend & I went to this location on Friday, May 23rd for her birthday. The woman working the drive-thru was rude and had an awful attitude that was completely unprompted by us. We’re two fun girlies believe me! She then proceeded to have us sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes while she made sandwiches for that long while the simple iced refresher sat there looking at us. She had no name tag on but she was in a ponytail, blue eyes, hand tattoos. You also lost all your customers in line behind us. You were not understaffed, & we’re extremely disappointed in this interaction.

This place took a hour for us to get our food and there was only 3 cars in front of us. Absolutely unexpectable. Do not come here unless you want to wait in a drive through for a hour!

Honestly the slowest Starbucks I've ever been. Also terrible drive-thru signage. Pulled up to what I thought was the order window, but it was the pick-up window. The order speaker is somewhere on a byroad, impossible to find if you've never been here before. Instead of turning around and lining up behind six cars I went inside and was (or rather wasn't) greeted by rude baristas. Six people working and yet my simple caffe latte took 15 min to make. Work on your attitude, folks, you CHOOSE to work here.

This location is okay. Service was fast but the employees seemed like they hated their jobs and looked miserable. There needs to be more seating inside. Bathrooms are in DIRE need of a cleaning. Really dirty.

Usually my go to spot but had Keith as my “barista” on 12/21. Feel free to fire him, horrible drinks and kinda sassy man not gonna lie. But when Keith isn’t working the drinks are good.

Happy holidays. There’s three of you in the lobby. The manager obviously is miserable with his own life and won’t even let anyone in to use the bathroom even though we literally purchased things. Oh and it’s 26 degrees outside. Thanks for nothing. Let’s see you ignore this review. ✌🏽
