Restroom has not been kept clean. Out of soap, paper towels, seat covers.

Avoid if in a hurry. Terribly slow, and they prioritize drive thru instead of the order that the orders are placed, leaving people inside and mobile orders waiting much longer.

Our family took a halt at this outlet mall starbucks.
The rainbow drive is very good. It has all bad jobs. Start bus, stand out. The hot chocolate was amazing. very good customer attitude by the attendant. They have a drive in pick for the order .atmosphere of this outlet location is great value. Clean restrooms and ample seating

It's a decent Starbucks in a shopping plaza.
So me and my friend went in to meet some other friends, and we decided to just grab waters while we waited. The extremely rude woman with a blonde ponytail rolled her eyes at us and told us water was for paying customers only. We explained we were waiting for friends and just grabbing waters for now and that we would be paying customers soon, but she seemed so fed up. And, it took her 15 mins to come ring us up! They were not understaffed, just pure human indecency. Also, the barista on bar mocked me, and my sandwich and drink took over 20 minutes to come out. I work at a coffee shop myself and this is NO way to be treating your paying customers. Idgaf if you are having a bad day, you are getting payed BY THE HOUR to treat your paying customers well. When we finally ordered our food and drinks though, there was a nice lady with a long braid to took our orders and was somewhat kind i guess.
Waited in line for over 10 minutes was the only person and still didn’t get my order taken… Worst customer service from a Starbucks I’ve ever had
I was at this Starbucks on 5/23/25 and the workers were rude and had horrible customer service would not come again
My friend & I went to this location on Friday, May 23rd for her birthday. The woman working the drive-thru was rude and had an awful attitude that was completely unprompted by us. We’re two fun girlies believe me! She then proceeded to have us sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes while she made sandwiches for that long while the simple iced refresher sat there looking at us. She had no name tag on but she was in a ponytail, blue eyes, hand tattoos. You also lost all your customers in line behind us. You were not understaffed, & we’re extremely disappointed in this interaction.
