Closed for training during prime time. Plan better. Plus coffee is fast food quality

It’s a shame how far this location has sunk. Inconsistent hours that aren’t kept up to date online and a general manager who makes up excuses instead of running what should be a top earning location. The landlord should cancel their lease and allow another company to come in who will better serve the community.Original 5* review: Right next to the Tesla Supercharger with smiling faces, a clean bathroom, and consistently good coffee.

Took 15 minutes to make a coffee and staff were rude.

Entitled customers of this location feel like the Tesla charging spots are there for them to run in for coffee because they’re too important to wait in the drive thru line. Tesla’s don’t block gas pumps when you’re trying to fill up. Mgmt should really do something before these non teslas getting coffee start having flat tires all of a sudden.

Needs to open earlier, it’s a coffee shop, people!

Good service. It was incredibly busy on a Sunday morning, we weren't in a rush but if you are I'd suggest doing a mobile order. Monday morning was not as busy but it was drive thru only when we went, so if you're planning to get work done in their store maybe call and verify.

I was unaware that as a patron, there was a small square footage allowed within the store that a customer may receive attention. While standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes, 2 other customers tried to ask questions about their order. One was a woman who wanted to know if her sugar was already in her coffee, and she tried to ask. But the young man making coffee ignored her. She walked around me, thought about reaching for some sugar packets... but I guess she decided not to take the risk. Another just wanted to confirm that the drink she was getting was hers... finally, she just took it. I just wanted to ask if I could get a bit more ice. After 3 employees dropped drinks off in front of me, I gave up. I just wanted ice. There was plenty of dirty snow outside, so as I gave up (figuring my cloaking device is once more stuck in active mode) I waved my hands at my companion to express it's time to go, I surrender.I'm promptly yelled at from across the lobby, "Did you want something? You have to come to the register to place an order!"There was no acknowledgment that I'd been standing at the counter. She was the last.person to drop off a.drink in front of me. But apparently, the gesture to my traveling companion indicating that I gave up finally caught the attention on 1 of the 4 employees who had each looked at me while standing at the counter (including the manager...at least I suppose the blonde thin woman in her late 40s or early 50s who was moving between the back rooms was). I replied that I just wanted ice, but I give up.Just want to give future customers a heads up that unless you go to the cash register, you are invisible in this store. Forget clarifying an order, asking a random question, or *gasp* wanting some ice for your drink when you can just go out and full your cup with dirty snow.

Never figured I’d be a sucker for Starbucks, but here I am. My friend’s wife graciously bought me a 20oz iced latte here while I returned the skis I had rented at Blue Valley just next door (which was a real experience). She bought her husband an iced caramel macchiato, which I’d never tried before. The iced-latte? Delicious. The macchiato? Poison, but, yeah, also delicious. I suppose we all have to weigh the now against the future. Someone once told me that sugar is healthier than salt and that all you need to do is eat bananas. Not true.

Avoid this if you can. Took half hour to get order. People who placed their order blin store before me got their order ahead of me.

Friendly staff, but even though they were not that busy, and they had plenty of staff, the bathroom had no toilet paper and no paper towels. Since there was no hand dryer there was no way to wash and dry your hands. Sort of a red flag about how this place is run. Out of one or the other happens. Out of both? That’s bad management. Bathrooms should be checked every 30-60 minutes by staff, and clearly they are not paying attention or cleaning their bathrooms.
