Nice surprise in Silverthorn, tucked behind the outlets just north of I-25 off Hwy 9 . Quiet, ate inside but looks like the patio is very nice & dog friendly. Cool theme, most everything from locals. Stopped for lunch as passing through on 70. Easy off the interstate. Located by the visitors center in outlet shopping center.

What a perfect place to celebrate our 40th anniversary! Food was fantastic…especially the Goat Cheese Pizzetta! Shrimp and grits was a hit! We will be back even if it is a two hour drive to get here.
