Ahh Ramon's...been coming here for 15 years now whenever we come to south Fork. The staff is so friendly, even when slammed. The food is fast and delicious, always a dependable meal for us in a town without many options. We will continue to come here for years to come!

I always look forward to eating at Ramon's when I am in South Fork. Some of the best Mexican food in Colorado. Unfortunately I couldn't get seated today. I waited for 30 minutes and two different people told me they were getting my table. Yet they continued to seat other groups who just walked in. They completely forgot about me. The staff seemed very flustered. I am sure it is tough dealing with all of these Texans all day, but don't take it out on your regulars.

Do not dine here if you expect respectful service or basic coordination. We waited over 40 minutes for a table and agreed to split seating after being told it would reduce the wait and that we would still be served together. Instead, we were assigned two different servers, and our meals arrived nearly an hour apart. When we spoke with the manager, he stated there was a mix-up in the kitchen but made no attempt to apologize or make the situation right. As a business owner myself, I hold customer service to a high standard, and this experience fell far short of that. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
