Ramon's in South Fork was an excellent choice. If you like Mexican food and want some very nice service this is a good place to stop. We always have a hard time deciding where to eat and this place did not disappoint. It was my daughters boyfriends birthday and they sang happy birthday in 2 different languages. And did I mention the food was great!
If you have a Mexican taste and is a meat lover, you will enjoy this place. The restaurant is slightly short of staff, which means you may need to wait for 15-30min before getting seated, and food takes a while to get on the table. However, we believe it’s worth the wait! We ordered their signature dishes #40 Banderrilla (really tender beef 5/5) and #37 Carnitas Plate (super tender pork with a crispy surface 5/5). We came in with a large party at the end of the night. The food and service were all excellent! They were able to accommodate the picky vegetarians. Lol! The carne asada was perfect. Thank you!
