Beautiful interior, friendly staff, delicious food. Generous portions and very fresh fish. I was able to chat with the owner who was kind and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Definitely worth a stop if you're starving after a long hike or ski trip.
I don't know why this place doesn't have higher ratings. We loved this place. Liver and onions like I had when I was a kid and grilled rainbow trout was great also. Friendly service and a cool looking building. If you roll through South Fork stop here for dinner!
8 of us had dinner. All the meals were enjoyed. The steak was wonderful. The place is interesting. 2 people a server who was attentive but not a career waitress and a cook. Service was ok. But do not expect fast service. Overall I expect this is the best restaurant in south fork. I'd eat here again. Restaurant was cold, really cold, wear a sweat shirt or a coat u r comfortable eating in.
