It was terrible.. poor customer service. Steak was not done as well as we asked for. We had to keep asking over and over for the same stuff we wanted and still not receiving it, we finally just gave up and took home to. Eat the was not even busy for 100 dollars it should have been better !! We won't be back ! We have dinner with steak and shrimp add salad and we also have an appetizer , as well as desserts .

I do not I repeat do not recommend g&j longhorn steakhouse,go to Subway .
We waited for our food for approximately 1 hr only to get cold food,drinks were flat,it is a place for regulars and I get that we are from a small town as well.....
When confronted about cold food and over half of a 24.00 steak left on plate we had an audience from the kitchen.The waitress said they are sorry when asked to speak to mgr was told that's just the way they are but when you have no competition you can set your standard lower.
But don't worry never again for us sorry for the long rant...

Prompt and friendly service. Family friendly. Great prices. I got the “heart healthy” 8oz sirloin with broccoli and a side salad. Not only was it cooked a perfect medium rare and delicious but it was by far the most tender sirloin I have ever had. So good ate here 3 times the week I was in town!

Can’t beat Longhorn for great country food and atmosphere, prolly the best in all SE CO! Definitely worth the drive from any direction to get your tummy full in a friendly local spot! Listen (or engage) to latest local news and opinions on football, cattle or crop prices!
Always fast friendly service. Meals are homemade and great portions. Definitely save room for pie … or do like us pros and eat it first!

Ate here twice while visiting family. Dinner was great with steak and shrimp perfectly cooked. Bread was also very good. Breakfast was also excellent with very nice servers. It does get quite busy but moves along fast enough so you aren’t waiting forever

We pulled into Springfield late and this place was open! Yummy home style food and the takeout service was excellent.

Food came out rather quick however a third of my steak was pure fat. My salad was brown. I have never had a steak that was a rubbery consistency. My steak did come with grill marks however my fat had zero seer. Considering this is a steakhouse, I assumed that they would be able to make a steak. My dinner roll definitely came from a bag. The ranch was definitely more watery. It blows my mind that this place gets a four star review. Definitely keep your expectations low and you will not be disappointed. Staff was friendly however we could hear fighting going on in the kitchen about “they knew this would happen” i’m assuming somebody called off work let’s just hope it was the cook because I could never expect myself to go back to such a low quality restaurant for the price.
