Staff didn't want to wait on me

Burger King has really made an effort to improve the quality of both the food and the service. Everyone who waited on me was pleasant, efficient, and kind. My last two trips here have been much quicker in service than what I had previously experienced. Employee training seems to be working well. Even the conversation amongst the employees in the back room seem to be more pleasant and less surly than I've heard before. Maybe give them another try.

Did not want lettuce and the white slim on sandwich. That's why we ordered plain chicken sandwich without the slim.
You got your lettuce and white slim back. It's in your lot with the wadded up napkins that I used to wipe my hands. Never seen no ketchup that they claimed was in the bag. Will not go back to that type of very bad service.

Bought my nephew a $25 BKCrownburger gift card and confirmed the balance on it. The store refused to honor it.

Went for dinner with my husband we ordered 16 chicken nuggets they only gave us 5 didn’t give us our extra fries we also paid for. The lady up front gave change of 1 dollar back when we paid with a 50 dollar bill our order was only 20 dollars and some change she finally gave us the right amount back everyone was on their phone and our food was cold and old this place sucks I don’t recommend going here the service is awful and the order is never right

We stopped at 2 pm for late lunch. All tables were dirty and needed wiped off. The drink fountain area was a train wreck and not very appealing. The bathrooms were trashy and needed cleaning. I guess they were short of help. The standard excuses. The employees there were pleasant.

Jesus is a great manager. Watch out for the other ones I ordered breakfast and lunch and was putting in apps and was told to leave.

The store manager refused to fulfill a doordash order I had gone to pick up. After sitting for over 10 minutes waiting for the food, the manager informed me that they would ALWAYS make doordashers wait and that they would not even START the order until every person inside the store had already been served. This is for a customer who has already paid, who has been waiting on a delivery service that they are paying extra for, which Burger King then REFUSES to acknowledge or accept. The order ended up being cancelled due to the manager REFUSING to fulfill it, which affected my completion rate and the customer who was hoping to receive food.

The food is ok, we come here very often, it was a bummer to get here on a Sunday and find out the heater at the kids play area wasn't working, hope it'll get fixed soon!

Tonight part of my order was missing from the drive thru. I called the store. Staff honored my request to have the GM call me. And he did. Promptly. And instead of the normal excuses/ ways around fixing the error, Jesus went out of his way to rectify the problem, immediately!!! And he had a conversation to learn about the demographics that his store serves. He's amiable and professional and has done real goals and expectations for our Burger King. He has my respects and best wishes for his career journey on Sterling.
Parking: The store is at a Home Depot center so the parking is abundant.

Placed order 11pm arrived 11:18 and although my order was placed and my card was charged I couldn't get my food.

Passing through the town on Christmas Day and Burger King was the only place open besides 711 and a Gas Station. Their lights were off but a few cars including ours got in line to see if they’d still serve us and thankfully they did. The wait time was short, food was freshly cooked, and our order was correct. Big thank you to the Team there for being open for those of us that needed something to eat!!

Still absolutely terrible food. They microwaved a Whopper. What in the world is wrong with them. They're supposed to be flame broiled not microwaved. It is impossible for this restaurant to Make an order correctly. Their food is terrible. They're buns awful. They're meat old. Terrible. If you get me on your burger they might just forget it completely. Then they get angry with you if you ask them to correct your food. This is literally a shameful place to eat. Sterling Colorado has had enough of restaurants like this that basically just from the customers I would not eat here and I would bet money that this restaurant will be closed very very soon unfortunately this restaurant gives a bad name to every Burger King in the country
