Second time I have been there on the way thru town and won’t go again . Both times staff not friendly and I the chicken strip basket had hardly any fries plus the chicken pieces were small . I visit the DQ in Ogallala, NE and both locations in Greeley ,CO and they fill the basket with fries and the chicken strips are large . Even when my order was ready today and sitting on the counter the staff didn’t tell me .

We went through the drive thru on October the 14 the at about 8:40 pm my husband had just got off work and order take out for dinner my order was a deluxe double No onion his was a deluxe meal triple he didn't get his fries or drink so I called and said the order was wrong spoke to Jazmin on the phone told her for his meal he would like a mellow yellow NO Ice then when we got there I said no ice again she still gave him ice and still messed up the order putting onions on the double and no onions on the triple when our original order was a deluxe double NO onion and a deluxe triple meal I don't understand how you can mess that up so much! Oh and to top it off we got charged extra for the drink and fries 🤷🏽♀️🙄 looks like we won't be eating here ever again! In the picture is the deluxe triple meal that had no onions but that was not a request my husband wanted onions on his meal he just got off of work 15 hr shift and gets a shitty meal from dairy Queen where they seriously have a listening problem! My husband is deaf and could probably get that order right with his eyes close 🙄🙄🤨 do better dairy Queen! More like drama queen!

Went through drive-thru and ordered the new Sweet Chili chicken strips, and when I opened it, there was a CLUMP of hair ! I called, and they acted like it was a common thing. They did offer to put my name down and next time I'm in town, they would give me a free meal. No thank you.

Best and fastest food in town family of six had half my food before I made it to my seat. Awesome staff and very respectful and professional thank you Dairy Queen.
If you haven't tried their ice cream cakes you need to! I purchased our first one and will be back. A bit pricey, but for a special occasion and quality ingredients, they are worth every penny. Their hamburgers, other food items other ice cream treats are delicious 😋.

Don't really leave bad reviews, but lady at the counter said Ice cream has a long wait. I got the feeling she was being dishonest, bunch of people standing around, and ice cream was being made. Normally really like DQ.
