Purchased a 4 pc. chicken tenders with rubberized fries, soggy butter soaked bread and disgusting ranch dressing for $6.50. I won't spend another penny here. If they can't get one item right, you don't get another chance

I don’t normally leave reviews but to whoever was working on Friday, September 13, for the noon shift needs a raise. I have been there before and he’s always been great but he had a full restaurant, was the only cashier and not only was he taking orders but he was delivering orders and keeping up. I don’t know how he does it. He NEEDS a raise. All staff were great, streamlining amazingly. Food was delivered as customers were sitting down. 10/10 the owner needs to see this and some how compensate this gentleman for always going above and beyond. He deserves it.

went to dairy queen 8/16/2024, a worker named lily was working the window and while waiting on our order she was messing around throwing things at other works and just overall not paying attention, she gave us not even half our order and said have a good night closes the window, we get home and we have none of our food, i think the professionalism from her was not ok…
I just received a blizzard at the Sterling Colorado Dairy Queen. It was the consistency of milk. I was at the drive-up window and the poor little gal couldn't even tip it upside down because it was so runny. I gave it back to her. She offered me a refund or a different blizzard, but the line was so long I hated to hold it up. Terrible product Dairy Queen!

I didn't rate the atmosphere because hey, it's exactly like every other DQ! LOL ? It was very clean though!
The staff here is awesome, very friendly and on top of their mission of service! They had the biggest smiles and treated us like family!
The food was brought to our table and was HOT and you could tell that every item was made while waiting BUT the funny thing is, it did not take very long from the time we placed our order until we got the order maybe like six minutes, eight minutes TOPS! Every item was in point, very well done! My family eats out allot and I'm hard to impress but for a "fast food" place I have to say they have their act together and are Rockstar in every way!
To the staff there at this Dairy Queen, you are the example of excellence in service and food prep! I am sure if any people who work in restaurant management were to visit your location, they would agree and like to know just how you've gotten to be as great as you have become!
Be proud of your skills and the job you do (I know you are) because you are masters of the fast food crafts! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I’ve never enjoyed a meal so much and wanted to live my entire life here! the burger was absolutely fabulous. My friend with me got chicken tenders ?? ?and they were heated to the perfect temperature!!!. I even got a water cup!?????? I am only word disappointed as I ate half my burger, and I could not have infinite burgers! Our server was delightful. She gave me a free water cup! All around 10 out of 10 stars would recommend to a friend.?
