Wanted to pick up some donuts for Sunday morning and something special for my granddaughter just because and I spent 10 minutes at the intercom with a 12-year-old that couldn’t make sense of anything and left without any donuts. It was ridiculous. I just wanted a dozen donuts for the morning. It went off Off the rails, not smart people working.

Food and drink is always good, but they only give you 5 or 6 hashbrowns when you order them. Twice I've gotten only 6. Please give more then 6 hashbrowns thank you.

I drove through. They sign board or order board does not indicate how the options are available. For instance, I wanted glazed filled donuts and I couldn’t tell from the sign board if that is what I was ordering. I wanted them cream filled with glaze frosting. Seems pretty simple, right. First of all the person taking the order said so you want glazed donuts, a dozen glazed donuts. I said well I want them cream. Do you want cream donuts? I then ask what my options were for the outside of the donuts. The person taking my order described all the different glazing I could put on them and I then said I would take well then I want a dozen glazed donuts with cream filling so you want a glass dozen glazed donuts they responded. Well I want them cream filled I responded. I never knew for sure if that’s exactly what I was gonna get, but I finally said yes a dozen glazed cream filled donuts. Add to the pick up window and I had a dozen donuts waiting for me and also my egg sausage sandwich which by the way it was just right. I took the dozen donuts to the office and thought I should’ve checked before I left because the young woman at the window was just dancing around and acting like she wasn’t paying attention to her person that she was whose order she was taking. When I got to my office, I did not get anything I ordered. They need to teach their employees that when they’re on the job taking an order it’s important for them to pay attention.

I love that we have a donut shop that is capable of making more donuts than just the morning rush, and they serve great drinks all day at a price nobody in town can touch when you factor in the loyalty app perks! Management is top notch here, always willing to take care of the customer and make sure they are happy before leaving. This is a welcome change to the single rude donut shop that unfortunately is still kicking in this small town. Thank you Dunkin for some higher standards in Sterling!
Four people behind counter and only one serving. The others avoided eye contact. We gave up and left.

Well the one star is because the coffee has changed sense the first 2 weeks of opening. I am not sure why but the taste is gone the cup I got today tasted like bath water. Unfortunately at 3.50 a cup I won't be back. Sad can't even get a true cup of coffee anymore.
