Absolute worst Mexican I have had in my entire life. Chips were stale. Salsa was terrible. Queso was served cold. Birria was also served cold. Strange for not being there at a very busy time and by myself. Never go here!

I am from California so I am always on the hunt for authentic Mexican food. El Jacal Mexican Grill delivers on that! I love their enchiladas and if you order a margarita - be ready for a lush overflow of tequila goodness. We have ordered to go as well as eaten in the restaurant and I can't complain! Definitely a well-loved family business and this CA girl appreciates all the chips and salsa you have to offer :)

Was greeted and seated quickly. The place was nice and clean. Food came out fast, however, not the best quality. The shrimp on my husbands plate was tiny and the bolillo used for my torta looked like Walmart bread.

Very pleased with the food and service from the times I've gone. The first time I went was with a few family members. One of them had been before at the previous location and said they didn't like the food, didn't think it was good, but was willing to try it again. We all got different things to eat so we tried each other's and everyone thought everything was really good! Was delicious actually! Our server that night told us it was new management and staff since they relocated and from what other's said, that's made a huge difference, much better! I'm glad I finally went and that it was since they relocated and made changes. Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in town now! ?❤️

The food has good flavor. However, if you're used to Texas or New Mexican Sopas, you will be shocked if you order the stuffed sopa here. Its more of a deep-fried, literally stuffed calzone.
Food is good when I eat there, but I just called to put in a pick up order and was put on hold and then forgotten about. Then called back and got no answer :/

It was a bit busy here today, but the service wasn't affected. My table was clean, and the resteraunt was, too. I had the chicken soft tacos. The portion was generous, the chicken was very well seasoned, and there was a ton of cilantro. A very good lunch. I will definitely come back and order the same thing. The rice was plain, but salsa fixed it up.Parking: A bit crowded. We parked in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

If you have not eaten a?El Jacal? in awhile it is definitely time to go back. My family had great food there tonight. Authentic corn chips are always a Bonus. The Daily Specials are such a great Deal. We will be going back soon??
