đ€ in response to my first response the ham I ordered with my meal was the equivalent of shoe leather after I pointed this out to my waitress she took $2 off my meal which was absolutely ruined by the whole lousy piece of ham they served. The small portion of hash browns wasn't that great either and I will never eat there again. And would suggest that no one else does either. So there you have it you got your words.

Do not ever complain about anything you order from J&L Cafe or else Suzanne, the owner, will ask you not to come back.
We had breakfast there this morning. I ordered a cup of oatmeal and cinnamon toast. My husband ordered an omelette. My oatmeal was very watery. It had no flavor because of all the water in it. The cinnamon toast came out with no butter on it. They had only sprinkled cinnamon over the top of the toast. It did not have a combination of cinnamon and sugar or butter! Just very dry toast with cinnamon sprinkled on top. It was horrible too. My husband's toast was cremated! I sent Suzanne a personal text message today and she asked us to never come back because obviously we are not happy with their food. We have lived here 3-1/2 years and we have eaten there many times. Today was the first time we have ever complained about their food.
Please read other people's reviews where they were dissatisfied with their meal. Rather than telling them she is sorry they had a bad meal, she just tells them not to come back. That is no way for an owner of an establishment to behave. Suzanne is not a good person. I wish people could read what she sent me. Very disturbing, abnormal behavior.

Honestly the food is amazing!! đ€© I give cooks an excellent rating!! But as far as service goes the staff wasnât very friendly. An older lady I was dealing with was very rude to me. If it wasnât for the bad customer service I would highly recommend and I would definitely keep coming here. But since my experience I will not eat here anymore. The rudeness just ruins a persons appetite
