We did the drive-through and the employee was patient with us. because we didn’t have the right name of the sandwich that we wanted. Kind of guessed it from what we were saying and got it right on point. Also the tuna sandwich was amazing.

This JJ's should do all the JJ's a favor and close. I should have known since it already had 3.8 stars.. I ordered in the app, so all they had to do was read my order for 3 sandwiches, and they didn't do it right! All 3 sandwiches were wrong!! We picked them up to eat later.. who would have thought you'd have to physically check and unwrap each sandwich at a sandwich shop with the reputation that Jimmy Johns have. What a complete disappointment, I feel bad for the town of Sterling - we eat JJ's often, this one will never get our business again. The corporation should do checks on franchises, this one is a shame.

Absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Waited for 25 minutes and left without our food because we couldn’t wait anymore. Everyone working was standing around looking confused and no one was getting food. Absolutely ridiculous.

The service is insanely slow. It's yaking over 20 mins to get a sandwich.
There were flies all over the place. We counted 27 but there was more. It was hotter inside than it was outside. And outside it smelled like manure. The food was good but we were a little grossed out from the things we saw happening in the store.

Parking: Enough spots plus some on street parking for bigger vehicles.
