3rd Time. Ok this must be a Sterling thing. Out of Cheese. ? How ? you charge 27$ for a sandwich n you run out of Cheese. Never in my life have i seen so many fast food Rest. run out of things, ( Not JJohns >>> ) No Ice or Credit cards down. Not counting Signs not lit at night. Just Shut your doors forever. ////// 2nd Time. ( 1st is below ). First I will say its great they do toasted sandwiches now. The food was excelent. Delivery was fine. The complaint is ( and I know I ordered it and didn't have to ) The price was outrageous, $34 for 1 Sandwich, $26.49 Delivery: $1.99, RETAIL DELIVERY FEE $0.28, TAX $1.85 Total: $30.61 Tip: $3.39 to go 1 1/2 miles. We won't go into the call I made to the store before delivery about the app. 1st Time Food is good / Delivery is fast / But they can't ever seem to cut your sandwich in half when you ask then to. I dont know how many times this has happen when I'm at work.

Why would you toast a sandwich with the veggies and avocado? The lettuce tasted like hot sauerkraut, the avocado🤮. Please toast the bread, meat, and cheese then add the veggies. I will go to Subway until you figure it out.

I have to say the this is the BEST sandwich shop ever! That bread is dynamite and the meat is quality and all the condiments make it perfection I got the ultimate Italian and I can't believe it was a fast food sandwich. I consider myself something of a sandwich queen, I love to build my own sandwiches but this was better!! The people we fast and friendly everything was absolutely spotless!! Thanks Jimmy Johns I was starving, wasting away to practically nothing and you saved me! No joke so so good!! I would have had pictures but I ate it so fast cause it was so good I didnt think of it till that thing was GONE lol! Yum yum! Also, Subway SUCKS!!!

We did the drive-through and the employee was patient with us. because we didn’t have the right name of the sandwich that we wanted. Kind of guessed it from what we were saying and got it right on point. Also the tuna sandwich was amazing.

This JJ's should do all the JJ's a favor and close. I should have known since it already had 3.8 stars.. I ordered in the app, so all they had to do was read my order for 3 sandwiches, and they didn't do it right! All 3 sandwiches were wrong!! We picked them up to eat later.. who would have thought you'd have to physically check and unwrap each sandwich at a sandwich shop with the reputation that Jimmy Johns have. What a complete disappointment, I feel bad for the town of Sterling - we eat JJ's often, this one will never get our business again. The corporation should do checks on franchises, this one is a shame.
