But what truly made it unforgettable was Michelle herself. Her warmth, kindness, and the love she pours into every plate of food reminded me of mama’s home cooking. You can taste the heart in every bite. It’s not just a meal — it’s an experience.

I stopped by The Lounge at McCauley’s one last time on my way home Sunday, and I’m so glad I did. I had a crepe and one of the best BLTs I’ve ever had — made with real, honest-to-goodness love. You can taste the care in every bite, and you can feel it in the way you're welcomed.
The amazing women who run this place on the weekends are truly genuine souls. Warm, kind, and full of heart — they made me feel at home in a way I’ll never forget.
If (and when) I ever find myself back in Sterling, this will absolutely be my go-to spot. It’s more than just a lounge — it’s a little haven, and I feel so blessed to have found it. 💛

Absolutely wonderful! Both the breakfast sandwich (bacon and pepper jack) and crepe (blueberry lemon with sweet cream) were outstanding. Michelle and her granddaughter were very friendly and provided great recommendations. Definitely worth a stop! You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped passing thru town and absolutely would anytime I'm driving thru again! Called ahead for menu and they shared quickly. They have gluten bread and bagel options. Coffee and food were so good. Real homemade food. Service was spectacular and made us and our children feel right at home for our stop. Great stop!
