Worst service ever, I literally ordered 10 min before I showed up, payment was processed, waited another 10 minutes after confirming I was in the curbside pickup spot and had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work, never got my food. To recap 20 minutes from payment process to me having to leave or be late for work, didnt get what I paid for (essentially robbed). I understand I gotta wait my turn but it shouldn't take 20+ minutes to bring someone their order. The point of ordering ahead is to be able to pay, pick up, head out.

This is the worst McDonald's ive ever seen. It resembles a 3rd world country and its 100% the store managers fault. I Cut my hand on the toilet paper dispenser a month ago and the manager has done nothing to fix the hazard. They dont even have a bathroom checklist. The store manager is rude and angry, ive ran restaurants, my specialty is customer service and human behavior and she runs an awful store. The shift managers like Caleb and Florencia and staff like Karla and Jesse and Taylin are awesome but how this store manager is employed is beyond words.

Update Nov.1st 2025... The women's bathroom is atrocious. Clearly you have young adults who think it's okay to vandalize restrooms not belonging to them. You might want to get a handle on your younger customers.
Nov.1st. 2025.... Came here with our grandchildren to enjoy a mcdonald's meal because they love mcdonald's, however, we discovered that getting our sodas, they turned out to be flat. We opted to go for dr. Pepper which also turned out to be flat.... I spoke to the manager who had sat down for a break about this issue and she went to tell someone they needed to do whatever was necessary to make sure the sodas weren't flat and guess what we went back a little bit later because we were still at mcdonald's and the sodas were still flat.... I forgot to mention.They were also warm. Mcdonald's you have got to do better. Do managers just not care about their customers?? What ever happened to giving 100% towards your job. I work in a small business, and I give a 100% to every single customer. As a customer, please care enough to do your job!!!
My husband came home with a what I thought would be a delicious quarter pounder with cheese and no ketchup... What I got was a quarter pounder with ketchup.... McDonald's please do better. You once had a 5 star rating from me then I reduced it to a 3 and now it's reduced to a one.... Again you must do better.

Most unprofessional one I've ever been to. The rude Sterling MacDonald's employees can expect to be working in fast food the rest of their lazy lives because no respectable business or restaurants would let them work for long without letting them go.
