What a pleasant surprise! We are traveling on a ski trip and booked a hotel in Sterling on the way. We had to find dinner and ended up seeing the brewery while on the way to the place we’d selected and decided to stop a take a look and were impressed, so we ended up staying to eat. I cannot say enough about the friendly people, the beer, and the food. Truly some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We will make it a point to stop on our way through on future trips.

Great food, beverages, and atmosphere. Salmon was great and had good sides. Fun place to hang out with friends and family. Owner is very kind and is clearly focused on improving an already great spot.

Great food and great atmosphere!! It's nice to have a place in town that has a fantastic menu! I ordered the green chile mac and cheese and it is to die for. The delicate pork with green chile all over the beautiful mac is just glorious. It is a huge serving, so if you have leftovers you gotta take it with you!My husband got the burger and it's amazing. When a burger has so much flavor and the only accompaniment is cheese, you know its done right. We love P&L and can't wait to come back!

If I was rating the beer and vibes alone, I’d give it 5 stars. The citrus IPA I had was phenomenal. Very smooth and great flavor. The service was wonderful and the so was the atmosphere. The food, however, left something to be desired. I had shrimp and grits the first night and the grits were lumpy and hard. Definitely not how grits should be. I ate there again another night and tried a couple of the hot dogs and they were okay. I absolutely would go back but I can’t say that I thought the food was something to write home about by any means.

EXCELLENT! Went today and we both had the brew special called senorita which is a horchata wheat blend. Superb. She then had the Philly Cheesesteak which was great and I had the Goat Burger. Soft Goat cheese stuffed burger, bacon, carmelized onions, arugula, and apricot jam. This was one of the very best hamburgers ever. The side for both of us was the parmesan truffle pub chips which are the best. The food is served quickly and pleasantly. Everything is presented to enhance the experience. Plus the prices are very affordable. You cannot go wrong traveling to Parts and Labor and enjoying the brews, food, staff, ambiance, and decor. A real Gem on the Eastern Plains.

Wound up in Sterling Colorado last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of brewery I ran into way the heckins out there! It's the town's saving grace if I might be so bold. Everything from the ambiance and the friendly service to the delicious beers and the scrumptious food was as good (or even better) than anything you might find in the Denver Metro area. Well worth the drive (or a visit if you happen to be in that part of Colorado). #highlyrecommend

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant experience, trying to find a good place to eat went off the menu online and reviews. This place sounded perfect. To start off the online menu prices do not match in the restaurant everything is about $1 more. We came in and not welcomed at all, never being there we guessed and just found a seat. The first waitress took us menus all covered in beer took about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and take drink a orders after as well as sorta wipe the menus off. After finally receiving our drinks about another 10 minutes later just 3 sodas the first waitress never came back. A second waitress finally asked if we was ready to order almost 15 minutes later. I understand that at times kitchens can be backed up but 8 tables tops in the restaurant and it took almost an hour to get our food. Finally received our food and right away we asked for a ranch for my son to dip his carrots. Oir waitress then proceed to take two full table orders and not sure what else, after about 20 minutes if bit longer she finally came back with a ranch and this was after she took food to one of the tables she took an order for after we asked for the ranch. This is something that could have taken a minute or so. The food was also sub par, the burger itself had no flavor and it was nearly burnt. Mashed potatoes had hard bits like they sat in a fridge and was reheated and stirred up. With being practically ignored and the the food tasting the way it did it was not worth the money in my opinion and honestly i would have never left a tip but i felt obligated to do so.

Coming from California I'm always looking for craft beer along the way. Parts & Labor is an absolute gem of a brewery. The decor is really cool as they have many old "route 66" type artifacts all around the interior. The beer was good to very good and the food, the burger in particular, was excellent. After the locals gave me a little hazing for being from CA, they warmed up and we bantered back and forth and they were really cool about it.In short, make it a point to stop here if you are nearby and traveling through. I'm sure the locals don't need the recommendation as they already know how much fun this place is.

Really good food for a smaller town. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Delicious mashed sweet potatoes. Green beans about the best I've had.
