Will never eat here again. Ordered online got to the place. People squished in like sardines, workers didnt know whose orders were what! I got skipped so many times for ONE BURRITO and people who came in after me got their first!!! Learn how to track orders or something better! Or retrain yourselves on it. Ridiculous!!!!!! For that price of 1 burrito with not much in it Id rather go to Cecilas kitchen who knows how to do things!!!!!!

It's hard to review a restaurant when the food is covered in a mild sauce that is anything but mild. All I want to say is if you're taste buds are sensitive to spicy food I wouldn't recommend santigos. For me even the plain (without sauce) is too spicy. It's cooked properly and served by friendly staff. In general u like the food but it's too spicy to eat. I give a 5/5 for general population but personally I'm at a 2/5.

My order was for the taquitos on the appetizers however online it gave me an option to be as a meal from $9.50 to $12.50 I chose the meal. Also placed an order of "4" sopapillas , & bowl of Chile. Total $24 ..Nvr rcvd. 4 sopapillas, rcvd. 3 look oily had holes as if possibly been sitting awhile& fried in old oil they were brown crunchy NOT Tan & soft . Definitely wouldn't hold honey from the holes in the 3 NOT 4 ! My taquito " meal"order..didn't get beans or rice and I chose option to have sour cream/ guacamole on SIDE by x I got home aprox 10 blocks sr.crm/ guacamole was melted n turned brown ..now I began to eat the taquitos can't chew BURNT CHICKEN ( refer to pics) bag had NO HONEY 4 got my tortilla... as I got to the location I called inside & make left me on hold as I'm watching through the window there were only 2 tables/2guest each table in dining area the male left the phn on the counter (watchn thru window) over 5 min.go by I hung up called back 2 xs got busy signal finally after answering my call I asked to have my order brought to var as I justvhad recent bil foot surgery and ground was ucy w/ a risk of me falling . He brought out food.i didn't think to change my ordercas I never had any issues on past orders ( 1 v mth in last 16 mths.) I could have drove back to get the order fixed but for what the same gentleman that brought the order out made excuses as to why I did not get the Taquito Mill and made an excuse that it was under the appetizers however again it gave me an option to have it as a meal which I did choose and as far as the Taquito order of being for it was three look at the pictures I'm not going to eat sopapillas that are brown instead of tan sopapillas are supposed to be soft you can tell that they were deep fried in dirty oil ..thank goodness my credit union allowed me to make stop payment. Santiago/Sterling has lost my business. Never rcvd. An apology just excuse.I paif for an order of 4 sopapillas rcvd 3 non presentable...rcvd taquitos melted brown not green guac./sr.crm w/ burnt NON CHEWABLE CHICKEN !ANd to top it off meal was bought for an out of town guest helping in my recovery. They had no interest in wanting to eat this food. I'm embarrassed of the quality/quantity that I pd. For that was a waste. Thanks for the LET DOWN Santiago . Other pic shows both feet had surgery both w/ stitches as we were counting on this meal..
