If you’re ever traveling through sterling, this place is worth the stop. The staff is very welcoming and provides excellent customer service. The food is made fresh and very reasonably priced. They have a salad bar, great selection of sandwiches and delicious ice cream. A local favorite.

Hand scooped ice cream with that Old Fashioned Parlor feel. Always friendly staff. Cushy couches and games for settling in. High top tables in the windows for watching the world pass by. Great Espresso dark chocolate chunk. Delicious specialties ice creams. They have great salads and Specials of the Day. But def order dessert too!

They have great food made from scratch, the ladies that serve it are thankful to be here and very welcoming, the food is delicious including delicious ice cream! They also have chess and checkers with a few other games! Great to take kids!

What a hidden treasure! We stopped for lunch and enjoyed the most amazing crab salad sandwich special with chips and a drink for only $8. The bread was amazing and the atmosphere was full of hospitality. We were so impressed we went back for ice cream and coffee after browsing through the equally awesome antique and gift stores nearby. Simkins Parlour is my new favorite place to eat in Sterling, Colorado.
Customer service was amazing! Inside was super clean and unique. Literally the best gyro I've ever had. I'll definitely be going back!!!

I ordered from Simkins Parlour for a business meeting and they made the process nice and easy. I ordered over the phone and Christa ensured it went seamlessly. The food itself was also very well made and tasty. We got BLTs, Billy-Bobs, Melts, and some full salads and there were no complaints amongst the meeting goers. They also had the order ready right when we needed it and helped me get in and out of the store in a matter of minutes.Differently a good place to grab a bite to eat or call ahead catering!

Simkins has the best cabbage pockets. They do a monthly one and then have their standard ones. They also do an amazing job catering. They have catered a few things and they are easy to work with.
