We pulled in and pressed the button sat there for 10 minutes wile pressing the button a few more times so we left we was the only one in the parking lot
I never liked Sonics expensive food
Sat there for like 30 minutes with nobody there (1 or 2 cars in drive thru) and got completely ignored. Wouldn't recommend.
Left after sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes! No walk-up service. No car hops,two guys inside one cooking one at drive thru. They couldn't even get the order right for the car that was three in front of me. I left!!!

When we got there, we were told it would be one moment. Ten minutes later, we are still waiting. So we just left. Not a good experience for trying them for the first time.

Waited over 15m for our order. Benji at the window was wonderful, but his coworkers were less so. We sat in the drive thru for 15m, and I went into the building. When I informed them we had been waiting as long as we had-I got a blank stare. No apology. The order was correct, but not a great experience.

It took them over 30 min just to get me a drink order. I sat and watched 7 cars get their orders and I just sat and waited. Actually still sitting here just waiting for my order because I already paid for my 2 drinks and still haven't gotten them and it the screen doesn't even say that my order is even in the kitchen anymore. The screen has cleared itself, but no one has brought my 2 drinks to me. Don't come here. It's awful

This is the 3rd time I got a slushie with no flavoring I ordered a blue raspberry nerds slushie and they gave me slush and nerds no flavoring at all!!! For the 3rd time!!!! I go to get a good drink at happy hour not to get swamp water, cuz that's what it looks like when you mix nerds and slush water. I don't need a slush that bad!
The person on shift this morning was super rude because I didn't follow directions to get my order after I told this person that I was there to pick up my online order and didn't hear him because of the machine stopped working. So, I went to figure out another way and he was super rude and didn't give me time to explain what happened and pretty much threw my order at me and had an attitude to tell me to get out and leave as well as tell have a good day.

Store looks like garbage, siding hanging off, broken windows, shattered glass. Weeds, cracked unsafe pavement. What a dump! Crew is EXTREMELY RUDE. MONTE FORD, you know better!!

Would love to give zero Stars. There were three cars in the bay three cars in drive-thru. I went to order girl come on said thank you for coming to Sonic how can I help you I started to give my order and all of a sudden she spoke some other language I said excuse me and she rules sarcastically said excuse me back I said oh May I order sing something in some other language. I then waited and no response after waiting asking for a manager and getting no response I left this is the worst place do not go

Went for happy hr. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to answer the button only to he told I had to go through drive thru. There was one car is drive thru and 3 cars including us waiting at stations. Wasn't able to get our happy hr drinks and was told there's nothing they can do about it by a very rude employee. I think this sonic needs new management and new crew members. At least people with better attitudes.

I accidentally walked into their kitchen when a different door had a sign to use the other door. Both lead to the kitchen though which is weird. I asked if they had a bathroom and a girl told me, “Sorry, no.” Then another gentleman said there was one on the side of the building. It was a very gross bathroom.
We then sat for a long time waiting for assistance from their screens. We moved screens and tried again. Still nothing. The guy in the truck next to us started pulling out. I asked if he had been able to get any assistance to which he said no. I thought it was odd that or original spot could be seen through their windows/doors but nobody came out to let us know they’re not working. I now see from a previous review 2 weeks ago that they haven’t been working. Why not put “out of order” signs on the screens if you’re not going to fix them? When I peaked back in through their kitchen door I let them know he had been sitting a long time and another gentleman just left because he also had been sitting a long time. Their response? “Okay, thank you.”… And that was it. No apology. Not offer to help in any other way. Just “okay, thank you.”…. So after just standing there a moment waiting for any other form of assistance, I just walked out and we left.
Awful. We’re on a long trip and we have a hungry toddler and I have a tired and hangry husband. Not cool. Terrible customer service. Terrible management of their property. Gross bathrooms. Can’t speak for the food, but based on the review I read from two weeks ago, that’s terrible also.
Don’t waste your time. This place deserves to close down from what I can tell.

No car hops had to use drive thru, which isn't a problem. But the food is way to expensive for a fast food joint. And the kid running the window couldn't get the order right...
