Frappe was good. Came in ordered a Frappe, I get it it's morning time couldn't tell if she was annoyed or tired. When they made my drink she sat it there on the counter and walked away, I was quite confused as this was my first time in a starbucks since 2020. Had to look around for the straws as they didn't seem like they'd want to help much. But like I said Frappe was good.

No warm greeting when walked they were too busy talking. The girl at the register Lexi didn’t know how to use partner numbers so wasn’t able to use my partner discount and then the purple/red haired woman took 20/25 minutes to make three drinks and a water. Also no note and sticker on any drinks.

My favorite part about this Starbucks is how I always pay extra for certain things along with a tip, and never receive what I paid for. The baristas have gotten nicer, but I still end up paying for something I didn’t want. And no worries, I’ve contacted through corporate and get the same response, that it’ll be sent to the Sterling team to help them improve.

I love this Starbuck's. Service with a smile. Had walked to the far side, looking at the decor. The manager actually carried the cup over towards me so I didn't walk all the way back. This was on Thanksgiving too. Thanks for being awesome. Had been here once before and still remember it being top notch.
