Ordered an iced matcha lavender drink. Pulled up to the window, girl with micro bangs handed us a drink that was clearly not matcha, and didn’t say anything about it. I looked at the drink and said it wasn’t our drink and she said, “yah we’re out of matcha.” Why didn’t she tell me this when I ordered it? I wouldn’t have continued ordering. I could’ve decided on something else. I said oh.. ok uh…. And she just looked at me blankly. No option to make something different. No asking if I want a refund. Nothing. She took my order, took my money, all knowing that she wasn’t going to hand me the right drink. Unacceptable!!! The drink she gave me is espresso, oat milk with lavender syrup. Completely different than what I ordered and she didn’t say anything about it until I said it wasn’t my drink. Not cool!!! If she would’ve said at the menu speaker that they were out of matcha, I would’ve left or ordered something different. That is a rip off, 100%. If you’re the starbucks manager, please contact me so I can be refunded immediately. I ordered this 5/15 at 2:02 pm.

Sometimes I do you and your drinks sometimes people are friendly but I'm sure that's just cuz I do have plenty of unfriendly people all day but I don't know I think it's a good place

Service was fine; but just curious since when are DOGS allowed in Starbucks??????? Service animal I get but not someone’s pet!?!? Where do I report ??? Health Department??????

Right as I walked in I was greeted with a free sample of their new nitro pecan cold brew, what an awesome welcoming crew!
Once again, worst service and coffee ever for a Starbucks. It won't stop me from going to other Starbucks, just not here. No other cars in line, or people in the store and it took 15 minutes for the worst coffee ever.

Love starbucks, but what i hate the most is when you pay for something you don't get. This is twice now that I have ordered extra caramel drizzle and not get extra. When you spend dang near $10 on ur drink you expect to get what you ordered. Do better people

They got coffee wrong and gave hot edible order first and stood and waited for the ice coffees that they made hot and had to remake which was about 10minutes and by time sat to eat the hot food was now cold. Expensive and ot worth the money. No trash recepticle outside area no napkins at counter. 2 croissants and 2 coffees regular size 26.00 outrageous!
