The food sucked. Literally tastes old and I can tell the people don't care about the food they make. Missing items that I added to the sandwich and left a special note that was not followed. Very skimpy on the sauces and veggies. Out of tomato. I feel not good after eating here. I like to order on the app, but sometimes it removes items on it's own also. This Subway tastes old and made with no love, which is terribly sad because I LOVE the subways in surrounding areas.

This is one of the worst managed subway I have ever visited. Out of stuff all the time and they will just put on whatever they feel like if there out of what you order online. Most of the time the vegetables are brown and mushy. They are so poorly managed they don't have staff to cover during normal operation hours. A sad excuse of a store and a waste of space in sterling.

This was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to! The line was out the door at a busy lunch hour and it seems they were only focused on the online orders than the people standing in front of them. They wouldn’t even start my order until the one in front of me was completed from start to finish. Plus the girl making it was slow, slow, slow—seems like she could only use one hand to apply the veggies for some reason despite having two working hands. Overall it took about 30 minutes to get one 6” sub! The store also seemed dirty. There were flies EVERYWHERE, even on the food. Lucky for me I was just driving through and will never have to dine at this restaurant again.

Literally takes 12 calls every single time I try to get ahold of these people and then when I do I got bounced between them and doordash for four hours and I got a refund that can take up to 7 days and no dinner and have to figure out a second plan. This will be the last time I order or use this subway. You don't do this to families

Subway its the place of the foot long! I can not say much more about subway. Never anything new to say about it. Its pretty much the same no matter where you go.The only change is the staff. Yet every time I go to Subway I have so limited interactions with staff that it no longer phases me. If I was to have a bad reaction to a subway employee its not going in a review its going to be a call the the owner of the store or the group that owns the store. So much that I will go so far over their heads to make it a pain to ever have treated me bad.Lets just say this Subways has never had a problem! Lets keep up the good work and keep those ingredients fresh and my way...
