I like Taco Bell. I can tell you that it does not matter where in the country you go they are all the same. The reviews are almost going to be all the same. The same complaints everywhere.So to be the same as everyone else I will tell you the common problems that I and every one else have had.Its so expensive these days. I might as well go to a sit down restaurant.The staff are horrible/good. This is the same everywhere. Sooner or later those places will flip the other direction when the employment roster flips which happens every 6 months to a year give or take. The rare case of a single fast food retaining all of its employees for more than a whole year is slim.The place is clean/dirty. This is a problem due to the roster. When good people are around they take pride in cleaning. When bad people are around they just do not care.Its Taco Bell, do not expect much from it.

It's tacobell, so...... the store was clean, the food was fresh, their drive thru board was down (Went for breakfast), so I had to go in to order. Clean bathrooms and nice staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available and parking right in front.

Last two times I have gone through the drive-through I’ve not received my correct order! Much worse as my correct order is usually way more expensive than what I’m .getting. Last time I even even called ahead to give them the heads up then I’m doing 26 packs and a pound I’m feeding lots of people I got 16 pack in a pound. I paid for 2 tons of hot sauce tons of napkins people were super sweet however, I’m 20 bucks down. I called and told them and the kid that answered the phone told me I think his name was Matt or Mitch or something like that told me to go through the drive-through and he’ll fix the order. Next day went through the order told him about the 6 pound and a pack Shortage nobody cared couldn’t do anything about it. Rather than be a Karen let it go tonight went through the drive-through got three hardshell tacos, a chili cheese fry and a large Coke Pepsi $18.20 and I went home and opened up for bean burritos blah . Gross do t eat beans! Can’t imagine that cost him $20 this is the second time I’ve never said anything but now I feel like I’m $40 down

My cheesy bean and rice burrito had chipotle sauce instead of the standard creamy jalapeño. And when I was leaving the restaurant, a male employee came out of the restroom without washing his hands and had tissue falling from his pants.

My order came very fast - but wrong. An item I didn’t want was in there, and I was charged for what I was told I could have extra of instead of meat. Especially since there were no cars behind me, I think it would have been better to slow down and communicate clearly and read the order than to be super fast.I rarely eat fast food so I can’t be sure when I will go again, but I think one more trip is all I’ll be willing to try.Vegetarian options: When I asked for a power bowl and didn’t want meat, the kid taking my order said I could have extra beans or other ingredients. I asked for extra beans and guacamole and was charged for both of those - I could understand being charged for a second extra item, but not for what was meant to replace the meat.
