I enjoyed the food. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. I thought it was reasonable for the price. I might have to try some of the meats whenever I try this place again! Nice atmosphere and if you like golf that’s definitely a plus too!!!!!!

Went looking for BBQ and chose The Hot Spot. Found Tonja to be very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Ordered fried pickles, they were a bit spicy but the homemade ranch dressing balanced that out! Husband chose the brisket sliced brisket sandwich came with a bag of chips. I ordered a slider with a side salad. You too

The hotspot has always been overpriced! Moving out to the golf course was probably the best move they made. Frankly, you don’t get what you pay for. I find the food ridiculously overpriced.ok so you want more input. The street tacos are $15 for 3… NOT enough meat to justify the price. They are mediocre at best. The no bake strawberry cheesecake $10 a slice… wow for that price I could have made an entire cheesecake! I’m entitled to my input. It’s just how I felt about the food and the atmosphere is dim and outdated.

The old Hot Spot was just a few blocks away so we went there a lot. Always the ribs, fries, cheese curds, once in awhile the pulled pork nachos. Staff always does a fine job. Just went to the new Hot Spot last night. I decided to try the brisket grilled cheese. Disappointed that it wasn't on sourdough (the best bread for grilled cheese) and it really should be cheddar which compliments bbq meat much better than American, plus a breaded onion ring on there would be good. Wife stuck to tradition and ordered the ribs. They were good, but a smidgen dry which only happened once before in countless visits. Could've been that cow. The BIG disappointment was the fries?. They switched from the classic crispy krinkle fries (THE BEST!) to McDonald's fries. Go back to the correct fries and I'll put the 5th star back up there.
The waitresses were busting their butts and handled a rush like champs great job.

Great Place and amazing food! There's a lot to choose from, but I had the smoke house grilled cheese with brisket, it was amazing! The server , I may be wrong with name Kristina, but the server was amazing and fun! Highly recommend! We sat on the food side.

Found by accident. Great food and good layout which appears to have a large tavern attached which would be great in the evening for dinner and night out.
