We only had pizza and wings. Wings were some of the best I have had. We had a hand tossed pizza. I thought it was OK, I want to try the thin crust. However it is my wife's new favorite pizza. Excited to try other foods, we thought the pizza was a different location.
The food was very good. We ordered a supreme and cheese pizza. A Stromboli cheese, bread and garlic bread. The garlic bread was too much, but the rest was perfect. The ranch dressing was homemade and fresh and the salad. Bar was good also. Definitely down home hospitality.
We happened upon Rookies by accident when we stayed across the street at the KOA Campground. We went to the Saloon side (there is also a restaurant side) and had a really good thin crust pepperoni pizza and drinks. The service was excellent, everyone was super nice and all in all it was a fabulous experience. If you are up for a great dive bar, this is your place.
