We were traveling from Jackson Hole, Wyoming home to Wichita, KS and needed a break out of the car. We chose this restaurant based on its perfect reviews. We had a very delicious dinner and the hostess was super kind. She was juggling all aspects of the front dining room on her own and did an amazing job! Salinas graciously set up tables and served 23 guests to celebrate my husband's surprise 70th birthday! I called weeks in advance to inquire, and they enthusiastically welcomed the idea. Our experience at Salinas far surpassed that of any fancy restaurant in town. The service and food were delightful from beginning to end! We had plenty of room and table space to mingle and enjoy the occasion. Thank you to the Salinas staff from the bottom of my heart for helping to make this moment extra special!
