Sandwich was all wrong. No one has replied to complaint. Not even corporate office. My suggestion is to go to Jimmy John's or firehouse. Hell even Jersey Mike's is better than this place.

Today I stopped by Subway after completing a landscaping job. While eating, I observed a young lady who worked at Subway go out of her way to open the front door for an elderly customer who was working her way over from the car. I watch as this young lady then took the sandwich out to the car and continued to assist the elderly lady. This employee went beyond what is expected and it was remarkable to witness a young lady of this generation actually thinking of someone else other than themselves. She should be recognized for going up and beyond what’s expected. The young lady’s parents should be proud of her work ethic.

The 2 girls were to worried about what one of their friends were doing. Complaining about the large order we had when we were the only one in the store complaining they had to get new sauce bottles because we barley got what was left on the line. One of our worst experiences there.

The girl that was making our sandwhich was great and very friendly! but from the get go i noticed this other coworkers attitude and long face i think her name was maddie/megan not sure what her name was but while she was busy making an online order she was practically jumping on the worker that was helping me just to get her order done with. it wasn’t a problem if that’s just the way she is but she wasn’t watching where her clothes were landing and touched my food with her shirt i politely pointed it out and she seemed to have caught an attitude and started slamming/throwing around the lids of the ingredients. Not only this but she was chewing gum with her mouth open infront of the other sandwhich I feel terrible for whoever had to eat that :( but prior to this I also saw her take care of another customer that was elderly and hard of hearing and practically started yelling at him and rushing him to choose some cookies out.

Have many dinners but very disappointed to have my meal not made as ordered- I asked for no onions and my sandwich full of them as an I allergic - I called the store several times to only get a machine?

They have messed up our order multiple times in a row all on online orders. It’s never even remotely close to what we ordered. Workers seem to just be minding their own
Was excited to try the gluten free bun as advertised by the website but they don’t have it as an option unfortunately.
Although I didn’t get what I initially went in for, the service was fantastic. Avery was working alone and had a rush of about 10 people. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and prepared our order perfectly. Will go back for my protein bowl anytime.
