Have many dinners but very disappointed to have my meal not made as ordered- I asked for no onions and my sandwich full of them as an I allergic - I called the store several times to only get a machine?

They have messed up our order multiple times in a row all on online orders. It’s never even remotely close to what we ordered. Workers seem to just be minding their own

Was excited to try the gluten free bun as advertised by the website but they don’t have it as an option unfortunately.
Although I didn’t get what I initially went in for, the service was fantastic. Avery was working alone and had a rush of about 10 people. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and prepared our order perfectly. Will go back for my protein bowl anytime.

This store needs more mature workers standing behind the counter as opposed to giggling teenage girls that don’t appear to take you seriously. I won’t be back. Customer service was nonexistent.
