Tacos Salinas

This lady that cooks here has the best food along I-70 until you get to Denver/Aurora. I stop when I’m by myself or if I have all the family. Reasonably priced. I live here so I’ve tried all the restaurants nearby. This is the best! It’s always fresh, salsa always HOT!(upon request). There’s always customers there. Takes a little of wait but that’s because she’s making everything fresh.

Fantastic food and service!

The Honey Chipotle tacos are amazing! We have never been disappointed with anything we have tried! My husband got the Alambre burrito and it was absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff and clean establishment. What are you waiting for? Go!

Just stopping by I’m from Texas doing work out here and this is probably the best spot in this little town. Good food great service great price. Oh and the horchata was soooooo good

We were traveling from Jackson Hole, Wyoming home to Wichita, KS and needed a break out of the car. We chose this restaurant based on its perfect reviews. We had a very delicious dinner and the hostess was super kind. She was juggling all aspects of the front dining room on her own and did an amazing job! We will definitely return the next time we head west!

Couldn't really do a rating apparently they're closed on Taco Tuesdays so have to try again later in the week usually only go out once a week but I have had there to go food and very good, anxious to try that dining.

Food taste great and fresh!

I had a taco salad to go. The woman helping me was very friendly, but the salad itself was a little weird. The ground beef was like mush instead of actual ground beef.

I came by at 11:25am during a road trip with my family only to find it closed when the hrs online said 8am-3pm. Very disappointing ?

We have been here numerous times for lunch and for breakfast burritos. I'm really sorry to say that today our breakfast burritos were nothing but potatoes and cheese we did ask for extra cheese however there was really nothing else in it.
