I’ve waited seven months to write this because I really wanted to give management the chance to make things right, but that clearly isn’t happening.

Back in April, I went on their website and bought what I thought was a simple month-to-month golf bay membership. There was nothing on the site that said anything about a six-month commitment. Only after I paid and got my confirmation email did it mention that all memberships are six-month commitments. That’s incredibly misleading.

When I went in to talk about it, the staff told me nobody there could handle it and gave me the manager Rob’s phone number. I spent two months going back and forth with him trying to get it sorted out. Every month when the system tried to charge my card, I’d reach out again and he’d say he was working on it. Then one day he just stopped responding completely.

Now it’s November and I just got an invoice for $1,700. At this point it’s honestly laughable. This place has no idea how to handle memberships or billing, and they definitely shouldn’t be trusted to store anyone’s card information.

I’d stay far away from this place until they figure out how to treat customers fairly and actually communicate.

It’s a hockey bar at a hockey rink. Amazing people. Shoutout to Joe - best bartender ever. Perfect atmosphere. Too many kids in the bar area though. Plenty of restaurant space… if you want to sit with the kids at the bar, expect adult behavior.

You have got to be kidding me! We came with our three kids yesterday and the bartender was dropping F-bombs every minute on the minute within earshot. Awful! What kind of establishment is this? What’s with the yelling between the bartender and the kitchen staff? Why are they all drinking on the job? Where is the manager? It’s the lack of professionalism that’s stunning and we will not be back. Worst experience ever.

Food was awful - inedible. Service is on you - take ya self to the bar etc. Drinking water tasted like it came from the toilet and the music went from late-night lovemakin’ to non-stop Christian Rock @ max volume.

Had a great lunch here. Stopped on a whim, had Buffalo Mac n cheese, American burger, and Chicken club. All were delivered to the table quickly and hot. All was delicious 😋 Highly recommended 👌

Delicious affordable food at a great hangout. The Buffalo Mac was amazing. Their fries were nothing special. The ribs came out smoking hot but everything else was a tiny bit not-so-hot. Would come back in a heartbeat for the Mac! Perfectly Al dente

We spent most of our Sunday here watching our daughter play volleyball. Great atmosphere & food was good too! What a delight it was to have Izzy as our server, he is the absolute BEST!!! Professional, personal, thoughtful & prompt with everything!! Thank you Izzy!!!

Tried the resteraunt during a youth sporting event. Solid food, tremendous views but unfortunately, experienced the WORST server in my entire life.

Probably won't be back as a result. Just a bad bad waiter.

I went to the Eatery for the first time on April 20, 2024 to play simulated golf with friends. The simulator did not work very well. During two and a half hours of frustration, we only managed to finish seven holes. There was no host, there were no servers, and, when we tried to get help with the simulator or a refund (we paid in advance), there was no manager. The chicken wings were good (but we had to order at the bar). I won't be going back.

I reallyyyy wanted to like this place. I’m not sure if they were short staffed today, or what but the experience was not great.We arrived 10 minutes before our reserved golf time, (3:00) and were informed it would be a wait. We didn’t get onto the bay until 20 minutes past our reserved time. Dexter comped our first drinks which was lovely.We must’ve come in during a shift change because that first round of drinks was all we got. Someone showed up promptly at 5 to get us off the bays, though.We sat down to eat and Kit, our server was great. A drink was made improperly, however, and when I approached the bar to rectify it, was met with a lot of attitude from a short male bartender. We ordered a double, it came out as a single. Then he doubled down and informed me he made a double in a short glass, and that’s how it’s always made? I left the bar, and then asked our server to correct it. Short bartender hand delivered the correct drink, and then snatched the original single ?.Anyway, for a Saturday it was pretty abysmal service, maybe someone called in or it was a bad day. Anyway, I’d be skeptical to go back, though Kit was an absolutely wonderful server, and I felt bad for her having to apologize for a moody bartender’s attitude.
