I don’t usually eat fast food, but I like the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich so we decided to go to Chick-fil-A one evening. I ordered the chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and I got a small strawberry milkshake as soon as I started drinking the milkshake it was full of candy cane chunks. It was the most horrid thing I’ve ever tasted. I will never go back to Chick-fil-A.

Very disappointing experience. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, but this location completely missed the mark. Courtney the (Manager) was inattentive and unprofessional, and my concerns were brushed off instead of being addressed. The overall attitude felt rushed and dismissive, which made the experience frustrating rather than welcoming. For the brand that prides itself on service, this was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Food was great and delicious but the service there was ridiculous. After needing sauces and going up to the counter to ask for some 4 employees walking past me not even acknowledging me. They couldn’t even bother to ask what I needed to get the right person to help. Like how ridiculous is it for you ignore a customer. Same goes for refills, we had to physically stand in line for them to acknowledge us. Now keep in mind, they weren’t busy. If they were busy and were having a rush hour I would completely understand but there was no one in line. I have gone to other chikfilas where no matter the rush you still get great customer service. Such a ridiculous location.

Chick-fil-A doesn’t let you down! I preferred it when they didn’t marinate their chicken, but that’s my only complaint. And apparently I liked it enough to finish my order! Hot and fresh and ready in minutes. For fast food you can’t ask for better!

She checked several times to make sure my order was moving along which I appreciated. She was pleasantly engaging and we had a great conversation while I waited for my order.
