Rude employees who are children, they don’t care about their jobs. The Carne Asada had a bunch of chew “fat” pieces in it that were inedible.

I went in today for a mother daughter treat with my 6 year old since, she wanted tacos so badly. I waited in line for quite some time even though there weren’t actually many customers ahead of me. There was one person making the food and one person checking people out. It was lunch time. They were SO slow. They put sour cream on my food — I’m lactose intolerant — I asked for some on the side (for my daughter), and they put it in my food. Then they didn’t even offer to remake it but said “oops”. They didn’t ask my daughter what side she wanted and handed us a gross looking tiny orange, no chips with the kids meal like they normally have.

I ordered a drink, and their Diet Coke was running completely clear. Apparently they were fully out. That was pretty frustrating. I wouldn’t have eaten there had I known that.

The teenager at the counter who refunded my drink lied to me and told me she was the general manager. Then when I asked for the managers card she basically threw it at me. I went to sit down after, and one of the rude children working behind the counter kept staring at me.

Food is good. But, the guy with small mustache and glasses would rather see me pay $35 for two bowls that are half empty. Putting half a small scoop into the bowl, and seems to roll his eyes when I ask for more. Then I get charged for double scoops for something that was basically just one normal scoop. Not sure if HR trains people to basically give you leftover portions for high prices, but that seems to ALWAYS be the case.

4pm on a Sunday not busy at all and the restaurant was filthy dirty all over no clean tables , no ice , no corn , no queso. But what gross me out was the dirtiness of the restaurant I had never been to a chipotle this dirty as this one.

Unfortunately this particular Chipotle has gone down hill. I used to order from here almost every day and still would when I was in the area.

My last order had large chunks of the chicken carcass in my tacos. Not a little cartilage or something but entire joints.

Today I figured I would try again. Absolutely inedible burrito. Chicken tasted boiled and was rubbery.

Avoid this place at all costs. There is a Qdoba up the street that is probably a far safer bet

We went to this chipotle recently and ordered our food via the app for pick up.

Both of our orders included white rice. However, one order had a small amount of burnt and crunchy rice, while the other order had no rice at all.

It is clear that this chipotle had a problem with their white rice. And frankly it wouldn’t have been a big deal if the employees had spoken up and said they couldn’t serve us any rice, we could have simply picked an alternative. However, they did not say anything, which is why I have written this review. I will not be returning to chipotle any time soon.

Soda machine not working and when I asked for a fork they said I could eat with a spoon. Awful location! Literally the soda machine has been down for weeks...

service and food was good, but their soda machine was broken. when you are paying 3+ hard earned dollars on a fountain drink, it should be working. even if it is broken, the workers should tell you. they were aware of the problem, and gave us ice when requested, but the lack of ice in the soda machine made it flat. this is not acceptable. they were not letting us know about the problem, they just let us pay money for something they know is broken. they were not apologetic. when paying for a soda drink i should get a soda drink. i should not get a flat watered down beverage. these employees need to fill the ice machine or call someone to fix it. this is unacceptable. also they are all on their phones. i would love to have a better review but this soda problem made me very upset.

We go here a lot. We usually have a better experience. The service was really slow, small portions, no ice, coke was flat. Not what we are used to at all.

I don’t understand how chipotle can’t make sure their inventory is stocked. I walked out because they were out of sour cream and queso and told me tough shit. I think I’m done with chipotle. They can’t even staff their store with real customer service skills

The store feels different definitely a better vibe than a few months ago!

Better tasting food, cleaner dining room, portion sizes are way better. Always greeted with a smile when Luna and Gabriela are working.
