This is my absolute favorite chipotle in the area. It’s very clean, they’re always fast, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and the food is of course always killer. Special shoutout to Cael and Luna for being the best!!

It took 50' and 2 trips to get my online order. It was cold, the guac was brown, and 2 out of the 4 items were incorrect. I heated up the food in the microwave and it was OK. But I will not be going back anytime soon.

Just had an argument with the Manager, or the person who said they were. Pulled up at 10:51 for a 10:50 order (my first mistake! How DARE I be on time!🙄). She said it wasn't in the system. As I'm SHOWING her the order on Chipotle's OWN app on my phone, the app updates to "sorry we're running behind." She still insisted that the order was not in the system at all. Yes, I'm sure it wasn't because SHE deleted it, apparently, and did not want to take responsibility for her lie. I had to go inside and place the same order while she stayed like a COWARD in the back. Do NOT use this particular Chipotle. Take your business to McCaslin and other locations.
