This chipotle used to be good. Now they don't even fill your bowl full. Paid $15 for this and it's supposed to be double chicken. This is the 3rd time this has happened so I guess this is the norm now. This is so unacceptable. I get my order through the drive up so I never know what my bowl is going to look like till I am home. What a joke! Definitely not worth the money.

Not hate to the employees, just doing what they are told. But was just charged for double meat for getting one actually serving of meat. That’s just not cool. I’m paying more for what I should actually be getting. $17 for a burrito.

This chipotle *used* to be alright. People left and things went down the drain. Poor customer service, which to a certain extent can only be put on the management and their lack of skill development. Portion sizes are terrible, frequent missing ingredients. I put up with it quietly until today... I ordered a bowl with a side tortilla and got a bowl, with missing ingredients, and 75% of a tortilla! The tears present should not have made any staff member go "ok let me wrap this up for a customer". Unacceptable. Also, their help line is completely useless as well. I had to try multiple times to reach out about today's issue and still had no luck. Just a stupid automated system that has no answers or willingness to push you through to a real person.

The lack of food in the bowls when you use the Chipotlane is borderline criminal.
Tonight I came in for some burrito bowls and was the only person in line. 4 employees where standing around on their phones and laughing with each other while only one employee, Claire, was working. She finished up making the moble orders she was preparing then took my order while all of everyone else was standing around. If I was the owner and saw this I’d fire everyone except Claire. She deserves better people to work with.
