Clean, very few games ‘out of service’, friendly staff always available to open the trampolines. Chuck E. Cheese made an appearance and made sure to say hi to all the kiddos! Great experience for a great price!

Laaaaaammme. Why get rid of animations? Why get rid of jungle gym? When I was a kid, you played the on the jungle gym when you ran out of tokens. Now, you just have to beg your parents to reload a card or leave. I’m sure that is the motivation for getting rid of the “free” activities- suck more money from people. The games also could be better and they don’t dispense tickets anymore. Everything is on a card, which is boring. The Chuck E. Cheese ride that used to talk to you and take your picture doesn’t do that anymore. So boring.

They have one trampoline area, but you have to wear non-slip socks and have to pay for some if you didn’t bring any. My kid had regular socks but I was not about to spend money on non-slip socks after spending like $100 on food and game money.

There were TVs just kinda playing some boring Chuck E. Cheese stuff. The prizes were just okay. The pizza was so small even though we ordered a large. Won’t be coming back if we can avoid it. I don’t think it’s just this location that’s lame. They all are now.

Overall we guess it was good since the kids and parents enjoyed a 6 year oldest birthday party. It was nice that we could bring our own cake.
If you host a Birthday Party, be super careful closing out your bill. We tried pretty hard to check ours, but missed that a large $22 pizza was added against our specific instructions to our host.

In the nearly 15 minutes Chuck E Cheese was out, he spent no 1on1 with our birthday kid. The kids don't play with each other.
The hosts were all just a bunch of teenagers taking care of two parties just leaving and three that were running simultaneously, so don't expect much quality service depending on your host (Kimaya), after she disappeared Kyle, who wasn't our host was a big help.
They removed the animatronics and replaced them with money making stuff, those are totally distracting to the games you've already paid for the kids to enjoy.

I took my grandkids there to have some one on one time with them. My one grandson had just turned 2, he absolutely loved Chuck E. Cheese. My grandson fell in love with him, Chucky spent so much time with him it melted my heart. The staff was absolutely amazing. Sampson really went out of his way for us. I should have bought the monthly pass because we will definitely be back.

the two year old enjoyed it but the 6 year old was bored the whole time since some of the games didn't work. The pizza was...uh it was something. Taste like ketchup on cornbread to me. Paid $12 for a salad and the salad bar was never filled after asking multiple times if it was gonna be refilled. Kept saying yes from one then another worker said "I have no idea" and walked off. It was just dead empty and dull in there. Bits of trash on the floor, the guy at the desk was trying his best at least...

Clean and nice but very unorganized and not knowledgeable. Booked a party here and on the day of, no one knew what was going on or what we had ordered.

Food was ok at best. App sampler was cold and not worth it.

Won’t be back.

Nice but could be cleaner, and the machines could function more.

This establishment needs to hire people with more than one brain cell! I've never been so disappointed in a Chuck E cheese location. I know the corporation has to make millions and billions so they're going to jack all the prices up but $29 for a pizza you could get anywhere else for $14 is ridiculous!

We went here on Friday night. When we got here about 6:00 p.m. it was not super busy but somehow the employees couldn't find time to man the front counter. After about 20 minutes we finally got our tokens and placed our order - nothing complicated, a supreme pizza and some hotwings for the adults and a personal pan pizza for my grandson. We were handed a buzzer since they no longer delivered to the table and we went off to play games. Fast Forward almost 30 minutes later the buzzer had not gone off. I walked over to the window only to find my pizza and hot wings sitting in the window. This is not the first time this has happened, apparently the kitchen doesn't understand how to actually use the buzzer system they just give them to you to make you feel better about yourself.

Once we did finally get our order we were still missing the personal pan pizza. I went back over to ask the manager about it and he said no problem I'll bring it right out. We waited about another 10 minutes and asked again and the Mexican lady behind the counter was not only rude but treated us like idiots because we didn't keep our buzzer ( after the manager took it promising to bring the food to our table)

The food was decent. Nothing to write home about but not terrible and we all enjoyed dinner. My only complaint is it's about 3x the price it should be but I guess that's how you screw over an entire organization especially when the majority of the customers are foreigners so probably not intelligent enough to understand the value of what they're paying.

Getting dessert was what took the cake, literally! We ordered a slice of cake and were handed a buzzer. She told us it would take about 10 to 15 minutes!!

Now I know based on the food I've already had that they aren't making fresh cake for every order so why should it take 10 to 15 minutes to cut a slice of cake and put it on the plate? Fast forward almost 20 minutes later we want back and asked her about the cake. She disappeared and came back with a prepackaged piece of cake sitting on a plate. Really!

Like I said apparently using more than one brain cell by the staff at this establishment is not allowed. Evidently they don't know how to put a piece of cake that is already prepackaged on a plate, I'm guessing it was too difficult to open the freezer door!!

The apathy of nearly every employee at this location is amazing. If the manager had apologized or done anything to make up for it I might feel differently but

We won't be back anytime soon ...

The food was disgusting. I had the salad bar, and the pineapple was bad, and the dressing was borderline bad. I was sick for 2 days after this visit. And for the price they charge, there is no reason it should be this terrible.

Kids version Dave and Buster. Much fewer games, and older. Overall feels outdated. Food is way overpriced given the quality if purchased separately.
