The staff are 6 stars out of five every day of the week Seriously, they are busy and it's chaos when there's multiple birthday parties and a lot of families, but they are able to be calm, friendly, and helpful. The food is much better than it was in the past. I won't say it's amazing, but it's good. The variety of games is very nice. There's a few that don't work often, looking at you Dizzy Chicken, and Hoop It Up, but otherwise the staff works hard to keep them running Cleanliness is 5 stars. The bathrooms are clean and they do a great job on the tables too Trampoline zone is a 4 at best. The discounts for pass holders helps, but 3 square mats with little the kids can do. They're working on this one as a brand, so I'm hopeful Prizes are a 5 also. Yes, some are over priced, but there are great and cute things that are very attainable. My girls are learning how to save and plan from playing games Safety is good. Kid check works The monthly pass options are a great value My kids were skeptical and grumpy the first time we came last year, but the games reeled them in. Now they ask to go to Chuck every other week.
Games are great from toddlers to alleged grown ups like me. I play games with them and have a lot of fun with them.

This place is great for the kids. The staff is second to none! They are amazing at timing for birthday parties and they are very attentive to not only the kids but the adults, too. The pizza still tasted the same as when I were a kid. It's got a good flavor and undercarriage. The rest of the food was fresh. All of the kids in the place were having a fantastic amount of fun. A 2 hour party is a perfect amount of time for the kiddos and parents. Very fun time! A truly seasoned staff! 🙏

A place for family fun, but also a place beholden to the whims of the Rat. He sings and dances, but for whom? For us? Nay. I fear that he is in thrall to a dark master, and it is through his malignant animatronics he conveys it to an audience of uncaring, stupified fools. Even now, I can see the pale glow of his glassy eyes. The foul pizza stench still stuffs my nostrils, the cacophony of play yet smashes my ear drums. I am haunted by the Rat, the Rat who fattens on the play of children, every shrill cry powering his wicked core. He grows too powerful, and soon he will be unshackled. Good prizes for reasonable ticket exchanges.
Hosted my divorce party here. Despite my friend Tiffany getting stuck in the skee ball machine, we had a decent time. 3 stars, may return for my next divorce.
