I watched her cough 3 times on my sandwich. Won't be going to this location anymore.

It seemed like the workers were without a manager and did not care about the accuracy of my order. You can see the roast beef is on wheat instead of the turkey. No tomatoes were ordered but they included them. It is a disappointment and a waste of our $25. They ruined both our sandwiches

This store does not know how to make anything correctly. Ask for a certain sandwich with only certain things on it and they still add other toppings. This is a continuous issue. They don’t listen and go into autopilot when making orders. Very very disappointed with this location. Have not received the correct order ever.

These employees need to be let go. It’s always the same employees there and still messing up orders. Do better.

Proceeded to call the store. Apparently there was no order under our name. Credit card statement says otherwise and thank god AMEX shows location, time and date the card was used. The people working this store don’t have the brain function to be working in customer service. Will be contacting BBB and corporate. This store needs new management and employees ASAP.

Blandest, lamest subs I've ever eaten. Soggy, flavorless, and cheap with their meat. For what they charge, I'd expect much better quality. The place is loud and uninviting too.

Arrived at 10:35 and the doors were still locked, one of the ladies noticed me and instead of coming to the front door, where I was standing, went to the back door first unlocked it and then came up and unlocked the front door, but didn’t even bother to open it or greet at all, I walked in. She looked at me as if I was a huge inconvenience. I ordered a sandwich she still with no response did the order. The only two people in the whole place were two women Latin. Very rude. The floors were filthy, and the food was overpriced for the amount served. Do not recommend this location. I’ve been to many of firehouse subs and I’ve had much better experience. Will never come back to this location again.

My companion and I came here for lunch. I’ve never eaten at a Firehouse Sub so I thought to try it out. I will not be back because that is a very bland sandwich, not to mention quite pricey. Subway tastes better than this and I’m not even a fan of Subway. On top of all this, the associates were taking forever to make the food and it wasn’t even that busy! What were they doing?? If you enjoy bland subs and slow service, you’ll definitely like Firehouse Subs!

Firehouse is by faaaar, the best sub shop in my opinion! Especially because of their gluten free rolls! I don’t wanna diss other sub shops, but their buns don’t compare to Firehouse. Their deli mustard is also so bomb, I always ask for extra! Thanks guys!

Just wanted to share that this may be one of the last times I end up eating at a firehouse sub restaurant until they revamp prices to be within normal levels. $17 a sandwich after tax is priced 40-50% too high. I know there is some elements of inflation but even at that, prices for a large sandwich shouldn't be above $11. I shared my concern about the price to the manager on duty. The manager even said that they couldn't afford to bring their families there based on the price increase over price increase over price increase. The sandwich maker said they used to be so much busier at lunch time and now it is not nearly as busy during lunch and a ghost town after 3PM.To top it off, I was disappointed in the portion size. 5 years ago the firehouse subs would load you with meat and veggies. Now, it is like I am having to eat on a diet. Less food at a higher cost.I encourage everyone to please take a stand and let management know that if they don't bring prices into a normal territory, the chain will likely suffer closures based on lack of business. The Superior location is a franchisee. Mangement must know that they won't retain many customers if they are trying to gouge the few patrons, compensating for those they've lost due to price hikes. Those patrons will eventually get the message as the sandwich maker was telling me the other day.

The sandwiches seemed a little light on the meat as compared to my other visits to the same location. It still has a great taste and the service is always fast and reliable.

Sandwich soggyIdk what that soup was but it wasn’t loaded potato

I came here on January 20th around 630pm to order me and my boyfriend a meatball sub and a New York steamer. The lady that was taking our order was being very rude. She kept having to “go to the back to grab something” for her not to come back with anything. It was like she was trying to take 30 minutes just to take an order. But when the male employee tried to finish my order so I could get out quicker, she was very rude to them.
