Okay, I walked into Firehouse Subs in Superior, CO and stepped forward to place my order. But, every employee in the establishment was working behind the counter making sandwiches, while no one was taking orders. I stood there with a couple of others behind me in line for about 15 minutes before giving up and walking out the door. Pretty good but not able to keep up with lunch rush or details. I ordered meatball with lettuce, pickle, green bell pepper. the guy specifically asked me if I wanted lettuce on before or after the oven, and I got not toppings at all. Of the 4 sandwiches ordered none came with a pickle, another came spicy which wasn't correct. If you go here STOP AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
