Service was great, calzone was awesome, very relaxing. Woods definitely come back to this location.
Friendly bartenders. Great costumer service provided. Loved their pizza.
Waitress was very helpfull and attentive great service it was a little empty but nice for a good conversation and fast service
Foods great (we eat here a lot), but the service is very hit or miss. The Sunday night bar-area server is super nice, but not in the right line of work. He is slow, unattentive, and well there you go. We come here instead of Bruneschellis, because they are open after our hockey games. Wish they served pitchers, we would come more often. The service most every other day of the week is great. There is a young woman with a nose ring that helps us most often and she is pretty awesome. Overall, food is a 5-star, and service usually is too.
I placed a order online. I scheduled it in advanced since I had to go to work. I arrived two minutes before my scheduled time. The bar tender appeared to look shocked when I was there.
Food took probably an hour to arrive on a relatively slow Sunday evening. Half the food was burnt or incorrect. The manager was kind and comped us for the burnt meal and gave us a complimentary dessert.
It's a good sports bar-type place. The service is hit or miss, but the food is generally good. Basic fare, plus some inventive dishes. Live very close, so I'll be there often. To: sign up for their rewards program. They have cool things like free draft beer after the Rockies steak a base.
Fun spot for food, drinks, and watching sports. Friendly staff and the world beer tour rewards program makes this a great place to visit.
Met my wife for lunch, which is a nice selection of personal pizzas with salads, which are also good. Our 11 year old granddaughter was visiting, and she definitely approved. We recommend the hand tossed, ale crust pizzas.
Great menu options, but get there before they run out of their signature dishes. 2 out of 3 in our party didn't get what they wanted because they 'ran out'. Oh well...

The food was not good. Wife ordered spaghetti pie with the grilled chicken. It came without the chicken. Which is really not a big deal. It also however was frozen in the middle. Yes frozen not under cooked actually still frozen. We sent it back and explained the situation with the server. She put her finger in the dish to confirm it was really that cold. When they "remade the dish" it came back without chicken again... But it was the same one that the server had stuck her finger in. REALLY!!! I was so blown away I couldn't even express how dissatisfied we we're with the manager. The took her dish off the bill but we will never return to this chain after that.
We had visited old Chicago's many time and we never had this terrible of a service. We ordered our foods and drinks. Everything came out great. When we ordered another beer, 10 minutes passed, no beer. Our waitress realized it, but still no beer. We asked to speak with a manager and our bill. We got our bill but no manager. We paid and left.
We were sat right away, however 20 minutes later I server came to take our drink order. After we ordered our food we were told it would 15min our food would be out. 42 minutes later our food came out COLD! My grandson grilled cheese wasnt even cooked, my cheese burger was cold as were my onion rings. My grandsons pizza was cold infact the only thing hit was my granddaughters baked spaghetti. Our service sucked, all though he had a good personality he wasn't a good server at all. I could see if they were busy but they weren't. In all honesty it was a waste of 62.00 because no one enjoyed their food.
Pizza Rolls! Burgers, calzones, beer and comfy boothes to watch the game on a bazillion TV's.
Bartender (on night of 3/10) was absolutely rude for no reason and gave conflicting info on menu items. Called to place an order for pick-up based on info a server gave on a previous call, guy flat out said no. Didn't give an explanation or use any sort of tact. When I showed up to the restaurant, a server (Bri?) took my order with no issue after explaining the phone call situation. Not sure what the bartender's problem is, but he should not be in any sort of customer-facing job.
