Bad experience, long while the employees were talking and playing inside

Not one to post reviews, but I could not just let this one go. I have been in and out of the restaurant business since i could work. Every job from Dishwasher to General Manager, full service and fast food. But this was a first for me.
I was refused service because after sitting at the drive thu speaker for about 2 1/2 - 3 min, with NO ONE even greeting me. I drove around to go inside and order. I got about 3 steps in the door and was told "We are not serving you because you drove around." What a piece of work that lady was. Horrible Customer Service. She doesn't need to be in a customer service position.

Always fresh and delicious, and the team is always so nice! Special shout out to Ben for making our online order fresh for us. We always love visiting this location! My only feedback would be that this location needs a super tall sign that can be seen from 36 to bring in more business :)

Honestly one of the best Panda Express I have been to. I love the mushroom chicken, and the wait isn't long for fresh food, which is totally worth it. Friendly staff goes a long way which is the main reason for me leaving this review.

I’ve been to a handful of Panda locations. Most of them never have supergreens ready but they all only take 3 minutes to make them. This has been the only location . Where it took them 20 minutes to get them done when there was no one in line . It was not busy at all .

This is my favorite location by far! I drive the extra 5 mins just to get my Panda Express from here. I'm always so happy with the customer service and food. The team seems to be ran extremely well and constantly goes above and beyond. Shout out for everything this team is always accomplishing. Super thankful the restaurant is kept clean and organized. If you're debating on get Pamda Express for lunch or dinner hurry up and decide yes from this one in Superior, CO

Old: I tried to order the teriyaki chicken and Kimberly informed me they were out for the day. I told her I would need just a second to figure out what I needed and she then responded rudely with an "oh my god"

They repeated my order still didn’t give me a drink when I got home they had charged me for a donation to the Childrens hospital I donate myself not through companies that just use it as a tax right off. And my food looked like crap just threw it away 3 shrimp for my honey walnut shrimp order teriyaki chicken was dried out and nasty. Do yourself a favor and go get a gas station burrito instead.

AVOID THIS PANDA EXPRESS!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY Ordered a family meal on the mobile app. Get a call 20 minutes later saying “we weren’t busy and didn’t make enough food to be able to complete your order, call support for a refund” first of all wut??? Lol I’ve been trying to get my refund for a week now bros are holding my $35 hostage, secondly why doesn’t this place just close if they don’t have food? Why is this place constantly out of food and there’s tons of other reviews saying the same thing, so demand isn’t low?? This is the ultimate scam location disguised as a Panda Express. DO NOT ORDER OR GO HERE!!!!
