The Superior, CO store is NOT customer friendly. When served a BOWL of soup, it was too small. The staff didn't care. I will drive to Boulder, CO next time I want Panera. Tonight was at least the 3rd time in a few months that I would give them a 2 out of 5. I will NOT return to this location.
I had ordered a cup of chili and half if a chicken sandwich. The chili was so gross it had chick peas and carrots in it. There was only meat on half if the sandwich. The bread was so hard and dry on my husbands he couldnt eat it. I wont be reordering this lunch again.
