Update*** This location has been going downhill for months. Looks like the staff arnt properly supported. Moved the rapid window to behind the counter, my order said ready. I asked 3 different people all said it was still being worked on. I got up, peeked over the counter and there's my order. Sitting ready for 15 mins.

This Panera is not managed well. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go in, there is no one available at the cash register to place my order. They expect you to use the self service computer for placing orders. They need to hire more employees who are friendly and attentive to customer needs.

Great place to relax and recoup after a night out. The food is always great and the coffee is always strong, hot, and ready. Good customer service, too. I drive out of my way to go to this specific location in superior. Fireplace and WiFi.

Went to pick up a Too Good To Go bag and this is what they gave me. A huge box but with only 3.5 pastries! What a disappointment. Other Panera places gave me a grocery bag with more than 5 pastries- sometimes close to 10. The gal who helped didn’t wear any gloves. Just used a tissue paper to grab them from the pastry case. Is this sanitary? Did you bother washing your hands beforehand?
Very clean and the employees are super attentive. Chickfila level customer service and cleanliness.

You gotta love Panera! So good! I went here for a quick early dinner. It was great. It was not busy here with 2 families and 3 other people here. I got the grilled cheese with a French baguette. It was great! Don’t skip out on their baguettes too!
The place also seems clean and there is a parking lot available out front as well. So, to sum it up, great Panera. Will be back whenever I’m nearby!
P.S: Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to save a few bucks after a few visits!
