Came here a while ago, and they messed up our order—so they gave us a promo code to make it right. Today, I called ahead to use it, and the general manager personally assured me over the phone that she would honor it. But when I arrived, the cashier said she had changed her mind and would only take off 35%, refusing to honor the full credit.
Not only was this blatant dishonesty, but the general manager was also shockingly rude about it. Instead of taking responsibility, she doubled down with attitude, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be ordering from this location again—if they can’t stand by their word, they don’t deserve my business.

They're delivery drivers are the worst. They left my order in the snow and never contacted me that it arrived. By the time I received my order it was frozen solid. I should've just bought a digiorno pizza at that point to cook it myself!

I never review places but this is by far the worst Papa Johns ever. The employees are rude. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. I received a burnt crust with bbq sauce and pineapple, not even any cheese, let alone any chicken. On top of that I ordered a meatball pizza, guess what? Not a single meatball. This place is beyond horrible. I would not recommend eating here for any reason.

I use to hate Papa John’s but after coming to this particular Papa John’s my opinion has completely changed. Dana is absolutely the best she makes sure my order has never been wrong. I get my food hot. It’s the best here I know the reviews say other wise, but I’m telling right now. If you have issues go directly to Dana. She will take care of you I promise. Dana read this please I love you darling and you make picking up DoorDashes from your store so easy and thank you for always making my order you’re the best.

Order never showed up, store did not pick up the phone, we were still charged.
I understand it’s difficult to manage an entire restaurant by yourself, but the rudeness from the manager on staff on 1/1 was insane. She would answer phone calls and hangup on them mid conversation, and would cuss loudly to herself whilst making the orders of mine and the 5-10 people who were also waiting in the lobby. The pizza itself took 2 hours to be finished, and when we got home it wasn’t done correctly and it was subpar.

Terrible service and would not recommend. Waited over an hour for our order and there were no updates on the “online tracker”, so we called to check on the status. The woman that answered the phone interrupted me when I was just simply asking for the status and was extremely rude, and said she was the only one working and it would be over two hour wait time. She then was talking to other people in the background, indicating she was not the only one there. She said the order just came out of the oven and was on the way, and hung up on me.It still didn’t arrive until an hour after that, and the food was horrible and not fresh. Got there forty minutes before I thought they closed. Manager acted really annoyed that I hadn’t already ordered ahead. Asked if it would still be okay to order. She begrudgingly put in a papadia for me. Turns out the place was closing a full hour and twenty min after I got there but this is what I turned up to my house with. It is what it is.
