Thanks for totally screwing up our order. We ordered ahead of time because we were driving through. There were supposed to be 6 breakfast burritos with no meat and no cheese. Instead it was no egg and cheese. I don’t eat meat. We live 3 and a half hours away and we won’t be coming through there again. That was a waste of my money because I won’t eat it. I’d give you zero stars if it would let me.

all of there food and is delicious and the chilli is fantastic .But the one thing that I think is awfull is that they charge you $4.00 dollars per breakfast burrito if you dont get the one that is the meat of the day. I could handle a little upcharge but not more than the burrito I think that is just awful other than that its great.

The best green chili. Love the burritos deluded, enchiladas are good so are the tamales.

Best Mexican restaurant in town. Very clean never see any flys like other Mexican restaurants. Favorites are Carne Asada Tacos and Chicken Enchiladas. Always delicious and great portion size.

We had the chicken and rice burrito with half-and-half chile and cheese inside, plus chicken flautas - everything was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made the whole meal even better. Santiago’s in Superior really nails it on flavor and experience. Highly recommend!

Second time I've been in this location the order has been screwed on went in there this morning ordered two breakfast burritos with bacon, got home not one piece of meat in either burrito very disappointing this is the second time

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for my job site crew, typically 10 to 20 meals at a time 3 to 4 times a week. I usually call ahead when the mornings are busy and give them a heads-up. Every time, they assure me the order is being prepared. But when I show up, it’s clear they haven’t even started. it’s like my call never happened. They prioritize walk-in orders over mine, leaving me waiting until everyone else is taken care of. This seems unreasonable and somewhat disrespectful for a “pre-order.”
Last time, I politely pointed this out to the cashier, hoping for some accountability, but instead of an apology, I got attitude. They called me rude for bringing it up, which was beyond unprofessional. No effort to open make it right, just defensiveness. I’m done dealing with this location and will try another spot a bit further out that actually respects their customers’ time.

One word excellent, well two words actually, deliciously fantastic! Went there for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Breakfast burrito was top notch, will visit again.

every time I go into the one in Lafayette I have an issue today is no exception I order 2 bean and cheese burritos mild because I have a medical condition I cant do heat. I pay in cash and I tip. I waith while the cashier speakes to the assembly people I do not know what was said. I get my food I turn down the offer of cutlery and thank them. I got home with my food the chili leaks all over but it doesn't matter because its hot not mild again after I was specific not rude mind you just an old lady on oxygen ordering 2 bean burritos. Why can't I just get my order as asked ? I guess I can just spend my money elsewhere I can't imagine I am the only person that this happens to but it won't keep happening to me. good luck keeping customers if you don't value their wants

Santiago’s never disappoints. I’ve called ahead twice with larger client orders and this location is always professional, accommodating, and delicious.

We try to come once a week and love the people and food! The service is alway fast, friendly and respectful! The food is always fresh and taste great!! In my opinion it is the best Mexican food in Colorado! Their food has that great taste of authentic México! I highly recommend this restaurant the food is always fresh, tastes great and served with a smile. 😊
