No Apple Pay in 2025. Waited 25 minutes for fast food. Frito pie has been replaced with pitiful Frito wrap.

We were waiting for 45 minutes we ordered a 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and it took so long to get our food and drinks. Without being rude I think you guys need more staff or people who will take care of your customers…

We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and were not helped. While in the drive thru we heard many cars trying to order (they were not helped and eventually left) we then went to a car stall and tried ordering where we were not helped. I made eye contact with one employee as he was walking out the door, and eye contact with another employee as he went to the back. Embarrassing.

I love Sonic, but this location is horrible. I waited for 10min at a drive in spot, and 7min at the drive through and was never acknowledged, even after multiple attempts of trying to get service. Thanks for nothing

Got my order wrong. Asked for no pickles and no mustard. But got both on my burger. Slow service for being the only ones there.

Tried to place an order on doordash at 7:32pm that was never received by the store (not your fault, I get that) but I showed up at 8:43pm to try and place an order but they stopped taking orders. I watched about 15 cars come thru and try to order and the girl working ignored every single one of them. I think maybe it's time to rethink the game plan if your staff is letting all that money just walk. It's Saturday night, Employees should expect to be busy, that's how life works.

I’ve gone multiple times now and each time I’ve gone they’ve forgotten the marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, I’ve even asked for it to be included even if I have to pay extra. Otherwise I’ve had no issue.
We arrived at 8:30, half an hour before closing time, and we were IGNORED by staff! I have never had a fast food experience like this in my life and cannot believe what just happened, we waited at the drive through and stalls and were completely ignored by staff. After asking one of the staff members outside what the issue was she acknowledged we were there, walked away and locked the store door on us to start counting the register 20 minutes before closing. Completely unacceptable!

They have an issue responding to people who order via walkup, like I waited 20 mins and no one even took my order. I pressed the button 3-5 times and even tried the opposite for my last one and no one responded

Terrible service. Waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes and no one ever responded. Eventually drove to the window to see what was happening and no one was anywhere in sight. In total took us 20 minutes to receive a mobile. This is also not the first time this has happened. There have been times in the past where we have made a mobile order before they closed, showed up and they decided they wanted to close 30 minutes early.

Tell me why I can order through the app, pull up and type in my stall number, all while the store is closed. I get that if you have to close early, but have the professional and respect to turn off your mobile orders. I sat, spending 20 minutes to get a refund or a $7 order. Do better.
