No one answered the call button after several tries. We ordered online for pickup and never got our food. Food only came out after going to the window to ask for it. The meals came out cold and burger was not good at all.

Jacob refused service for us because the people in the car next to us were making noise. When we attempted to go through the drive through instead, he said he had already refused us service, and when we attempted to clarify the situation he refused to hear us out, saying that he would not be dealing with us. I had been a regular at this location and it is a shame that I will no longer be giving Sonic my business.

I order a large tots around 8:39 am and this what I got—this is unacceptable. This is not $4.21 worth of tots. On top of everything the employees have a bad attitude(Kelly). I will never be coming back to this location. I'm not a cheapskate but this is not right. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A across the street. Never again.
